The lady who handled my appointment schedule at the toll free number was very polite and set up the appointment with ease. The local guy was very understanding and polite as well. On moving day the guys showed up on time they gave me a text when they left the store they went to my parents home first then the apartment and then to the destination. They were very efficient and quick. They were also very polite. The hunks part is explained on the pic of the truck that I posted. It was a very nice experience as far as moving goes and pretty reasonable w the price as well. Would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to family and friends. There wasn't much to report that is negative. when I think about it nothing really. Very positive about this company plus they donated two meals to charity w every move.

One of the workers contacted Jeff (sales manager or owner) about the significant discrepancy. Jeff was insistent on talking to me - which I was willing to do. He was VERY condescending and rude. I was absolutely shocked with his unprofessionalism and unwillingness to address my concerns. It was obviously a situation of his way or the highway. I HIGHLY recommend AGAINST putting your trust and confidence in this company. Very, very disappointed and frustrated with AME Movers.
