I spent quite a bit of time getting multiple quotes and comparing options, and Rain Tech stood out for offering very fair, transparent pricing without cutting corners. They were happy to answer all of my questions around materials and installation (aluminum gauge, hanger spacing, slope, etc.), which gave me confidence in the quality of their work. The install itself turned out excellent. The gutters are clean, straight, and look great on the house. Downspouts were placed thoughtfully to handle drainage properly, and everything was routed neatly along the exterior. The crew was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. What I appreciated most was that they delivered a high-quality result without the inflated pricing you see from some larger companies. You can tell they focus on doing the job right rather than overselling unnecessary upgrades. Overall, this was a great value and a smooth experience. I would absolutely recommend Rain Tech to anyone looking for a reliable gutter installation in the Liberty Hill / Austin area.

After I had a crew come and remove the fallen tree I looked on Yelp and found Dan had good reviews so I called him. I gave him a detailed dimensioned description of the damaged sections and corners and he gave me a tentative quote but gave me a date and time he would come by to look it over and get a color match. He came and confirmed the bid and set a date and time for the next week to do the work. He actually called a few days later and said there was a chance he might finish a job sooner than he thought and could come sooner, but it took him a little longer than he thought so he came on the day we originally set. He removed the damaged gutters and determined the fascia boards were okay and then replaced the straight seamless sections, corners and end cap. He used the "hidden" brackets, not the old tube and nail system and the results look great. He cleaned up and hauled off the old pieces. His invoice was the agreed upon amount, which was lower than the insurance company estimated. I am very pleased to provide this review to help folks choose his services.

I had a roof replacement after it being damaged by hail. It was replaced and after several months during the rain season, the roof had a leak into my attic and it trickled down into my living room. I left a nice voicemail and the owner of Impero called me personally to apologize about the crappy work (I have pictures) of the seal job around an existing power box. He made comments that suggested his guys had some responsibility of the trashy work. I've made several attempts to coordinate both parties to get together and resolve this because both of them have been paid in full and I still have a leak.
