We had to rip out some of our soffit to get them out, and in doing so left a big hole that squirrels and possum started getting into. So we wanted to fix that, as well as go around the entire house and caulk up any other little holes to prevent wasps from doing it again in the future, along with keeping other bugs out. I reached out to 10+ companies/contractors and quite a few wouldn't do it because it was too small of a project. Then only 2 of 5 of them came out the day they said they would. Of those two, only EMC understood exactly what I was asking for and even found a piece of rotting wood under a window that needed to be replaced (the other company said our siding looked great and didn't need any other repairs ). And when the quotes came in EMC was significantly less expensive despite doing more work, since the other company was only repairing the soffit while EMC repaired that, caulked areas all along the house that needed caulking, and replaced that piece of wood. After I paid the bill, they got me in their schedule quickly and kept me updated on any changes as the weather caused some delays. Once here, they got everything fixed in less than a day, painted and cleaned up, and gave reccs on what else needs updating soon. Overall they were extremely knowledgeable, did great work, easy to communicate with, and reasonably priced. Will definitely come back to them if we need help on our next project.

While his crew was installing the windows, I asked about an upgrade in some electric circuits and he called in an electrician and got that done. Then, because of a lower level in my converted garage than the water run-off from my backyard, I had a flood. Jeff saved the day again and diverted the runoff away with a drainage system. I had a roof replacement after it being damaged by hail. It was replaced and after several months during the rain season, the roof had a leak into my attic and it trickled down into my living room. I brought both parties out and ultimately they pointed fingers at each other for fault. I took pictures and video. They took their own pictures. I left a nice voicemail and the owner of Impero called me personally to apologize about the crappy work (I have pictures) of the seal job around an existing power box. He made comments that suggested his guys had some responsibility of the trashy work. I've made several attempts to coordinate both parties to get together and resolve this because both of them have been paid in full and I still have a leak. The owner hasn't responded to any of my texts since June of this year. It took a nasty email for another reaponse and now they're back to pointing fingera again and I have ZERO notice from eitber party. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If they make a mistake, they appear to put finished work on the back burner and don't care if my roof caves in.

Not the Tanner Roofing of old.....I have had 8 roofs put on my properties from Tanner Roofing…read more Always wonderful experieces - until May 2024 when I had a warranty claim. It took weeks to get it addressed and then was told the roof issue was not their fault. After finally getting that resolved, I just thought this was a one off. After all, working with them for over 10 years had always been a great experience. Now, I need two other roofs replaced. I called Tanner Roofing for one of the roofs and received a quote (total only - no detail) almost 20% higher that what State Farm says it should cost. When I asked Tanner Roofing for a quote with line-item details, I was told they do not provide details - only totals. A few hours later I received a text asking for the insurance payment details. Did Tanner Roofing sell out to someone? They are clearly a different business than what they once were. They are not focused on customer service or customer retention. My years of using only Tanner Roofing do not matter at all to them. I will not get a quote from them from my second roof - and am now looking for a new roofing company. They just seem 'oily' now....
