Had a large tree by my back fence blown down during a recent storm. The upper branches reached my house and damaged the gutters. After I had a crew come and remove the fallen tree I looked on Yelp and found Dan had good reviews so I called him. I gave him a detailed dimensioned description of the damaged sections and corners and he gave me a tentative quote but gave me a date and time he would come by to look it over and get a color match. He came and confirmed the bid and set a date and time for the next week to do the work. He actually called a few days later and said there was a chance he might finish a job sooner than he thought and could come sooner, but it took him a little longer than he thought so he came on the day we originally set. He removed the damaged gutters and determined the fascia boards were okay and then replaced the straight seamless sections, corners and end cap. He used the "hidden" brackets, not the old tube and nail system and the results look great. He cleaned up and hauled off the old pieces. His invoice was the agreed upon amount, which was lower than the insurance company estimated. I am very pleased to provide this review to help folks choose his services. read more

Just going to throw another 5 stars on here...a very easy 5 stars! Dan is awesome. I needed new gutters on the front and back of the house on a new build. Called 3 companies for quotes. One was a no show, one was Dan, and the other guys over estimated the footage, were going to charge me 30% more than what Dan came in at, weren't going to install them like Dan, and didnt even offer the 6 inch, only the 5 inch, gutters. Dan spent the entire day installing them, is a really professional and all around nice guy, and the next night it rained and everything worked like he advertised. When I get around to needing the sides of my house done, I'll be calling Dan back. read more

Living in Arizona, our house in Fair Oaks, was in dire need of cleaning moss off the roof tile and gutters cleaned. Tenants moved out and new tenants due to move in in one week. Very positive experience with Dan. We have an older (20 yo) house that has needed repairs and maintenance and I've been getting used to "maintenance time" (meaning they get there when they get there, they do what they do and they charge what they charge). My husband and I bought our two-story home about 1.5 years ago. We have a tile roof, so I didn't feel comfortable sending my husband up there to check out the gutters. My gutters were leaking in a few areas and the fascia boards underneath those leaking gutters appeared damaged. You will have to wait for an opening (about two months) in Dan's schedule, but he is THE BEST! He is a VERY professional, knowledgeable, kind and courteous service provider. I set up an appointment for him to stop by to first assess the damage. He arrived on time, explained the entire repair process and provided me with a very reasonable estimate. Due to the impending rain on the day of the job, he called and rescheduled to complete the job one day earlier. On the day of the job, he again arrived on time, went over his repair plan and answered all of my questions before starting work. He worked meticulously and efficiently. When you see all the 5 star reviews for Dan, you might wonder if he just has a big family who were helping him out. Well, I am not related and I don't hesitate to give Dan a 5 star review. In addition to usual leaks at seams, I had a fascia board that had rotted out. After removing some of the roof tiles and the gutter he was able to get to the fascia board. He replaced it with a painted board and when he got done, you wouldn't know that the gutter had ever been removed. Yes, he has a busy schedule, but if you can wait for him to do your work, you'll be glad you did. read more

Dan came to my home and cleaned the gutters as well as installed a leaf guard system throughout. I had a terrible leaf problem and clogged gutters were always an issue. Dan was fantastic to work with. I had several questions for him beforehand so I sent him a rather lengthy email. He responded the same day answering every question I had. Then when the time came for our appointment, he was right on time. Actually, he came to my home three different times as he was able to fit me in between existing appointments and the gutter guards took a little bit of time. He was very conscientious while working and I could tell he took great pride in his work. He even fixed things he saw on the roof that weren't necessarily related to the gutters. He ended up needing to move a drainpipe over a couple inches and then he painted the house where the drainpipe had previously been.
