I called All of Texas Moving on Tuesday to get a quote for unload-only services and I mentioned I had been looking for full-service moving and couldn't find a decent price. Kaci explained that All of Texas Moving has a different pricing model that's based on the items to be moved instead of hourly minimums plus huge travel fees. All in, my price with All of Texas Moving - including them driving to Austin to pick up my stuff just to turn around and bring it to Temple - was significantly lower than any of the quotes I got from moving companies in Austin. No hidden fees, no hourly minimums, no travel costs - just a flat rate based on the items I needed to move. The guys showed promptly at 8am Friday morning and had everything loaded up and ready to go by 8:45. They arrived at my new house before I did and were already unloading the truck when I got there. Everything was done by 11am, and the price I paid was exactly the price Kaci had quoted. I highly recommend All of Texas Moving. Unlike the big corporate chains, their prices are fair and transparent, and it feels good to support a local, family-owned business. The crew leader took the time, when I asked him, to 'walk the job with me' and go over the basic gutter plan layout as we confirmed the downspout locations. I am a current customer of Texas Home Pro, they have not completed our project and continue to give…read morethe run around and say contractors will show up and then they do not. I made a reasonable request as we are two months into the project for our garage conversion and they should have been finished by now, to either refund the money for the uncompleted work or actually finish the project. I will update my review/post when either they complete it or refund our money for the work that is left uncompleted. I paid them $37,674.29 to complete the project back in April of 2026. 8 weeks is a reasonable time to complete the project and yet they still have not. The demolition was on 8 June. It is now 3 August. We decided to cancel the project with them (on 29 July, after the 4th no show) since they seem to not be able to complete it and give us a refund for the uncompleted work which is a basic concept or for them to finish the project as paid for and promised. Its a constant process of them scheduling people to come out and then they don't and continue to say they will finish the project "soon", my definition of soon is not continued delays week after week after week. The project manager doesn't even know if they do or don't show, we had to notify them they did not show up yet again (text message proof that he would "figure it out" and never did which led to us wanting to cut ties with them). The last day they did any work was on July 10th for the framing. They stated they would still hold their promise and still have intentions of finishing but also sent an email from their legal team stating they do not owe us a refund as they have not "breached their contract" - not finishing the project is definitely a breach and not giving a refund for uncompleted work definitely is a breach. I hope they can fix this or simply refund the money for the uncompleted work. Not a good way for them to support a disabled veteran like myself. Recommendations for legal support would be great. Everything in this post is completely accurate and is not in defamation - only in my review and supporting documents which are true and no lies are being told here. They are doing this to a multitude of homeowners in the area many are pursuing legal action. Don't use them. They report all bad reviews as spam so it is removed. They also have not paid many of their subcontractors, including ones that did work on the project.

They did not rush but completed packing and loading (2 days) in a reasonable time frame. Communication was excellent. I waited to write this review until after we received our HHG and they did an AMAZING job at packing - absolutely nothing that was packed in boxes broke and nothing was lost. We did have a piece of furniture get damaged but it's hard to say who's at fault. Nonetheless, I am so happy we were assigned with Scobey and would feel comfortable using them as my pack & move company in the future.

And things just got worse as we went. They labeled our boxes "clothing" and put them in wardrobe boxes. Surprise to us, it wasn't clothing! They dumped items from inside the house and garage together and even labeled them clothing. The majority of the items that were large, were damaged. They moved up our load date and when I said it wouldn't work, we needed the washer to be bolted, they said they would handle it themselves. Well, the washer did not get bolted, they didn't even put anything in it to keep the drum from moving like we were told. Our new washer is broken. Our baby bassinet is broken. Our dresses drawers are dented and damaged. Boxes misplaced caused an unpacking nightmare. In 17 years this was our worst PCS yet.
