They text/call when prescriptions were ready. My first time visiting, I was impressed. This store is small but definitely accommodating and I was in and out quickly. My second visit I went directly to the counter and asked for assistance, no lines like that dreadful spot Downtown Brooklyn. Smaller, local, customer friendly, family owned, in/out quickly, and professional.

They are usually very quick to fill my rx. Sometimes a staff member is in a bad mood but usually they are all very friendly. If I have to point out any cons, they don't have an app or automated phone refill service like I have experienced with other pharmacies. You have to call them to give the rx number to the person on the other line and they don't let you know when your meds are ready to be picked up. Not a big deal though - the rx is usually ready in 5 mins and if you just show up, they'll fill it right away with very little wait.

The pharmacist is very polite, when they didn't have my antibiotics I was able to get something else because they made the call. Mom and pop pharmacies are always better than the big box stores. This isn't my main pharmacy because its a little far from my location but definitely a close one if you've just left urgent care. I'm not sure if they do deliveres. They have some items on sale as well. Some pretty good prices for an independent store. Great selection of vitamins and items for when you need something for your wrist if you hurt it. Today not only did i stop in for a prescription, but i was SENT there by CVS down the street and so glad they introduced me to this place, because it.is.a.gem. Fun fact: CVS has some sort of partnership with this local (read: not a big chain) pharmacy - so not only were they able to fill my Rx but they did it at the similar rates as down the street. The pharmacists were busy but the female pharmacist was super helpful, took the time to explain the drug and which generics could be easier on the wallet next time and even offered to call my doc to get that in instead. While i waited, i realized this place has evuh-ry-thing. From Legos and toys for the kids, from bodega-y to organic foods, to hard-to-find natural and organic brands, this place is magical. I saw some skincare brands that i can usually only find online because the CVS's of the world don't carry them.
