The person handling window pick up always has to take counter pick up as well as answering phones. Which makes wait time longer. Staff is less then friendly, always seem in a rush, not to helpful in person or over the phone. Wish they had a little it more patience & sympathy for those that are I'll or with I'll children. Entire outside area has homeless scattered surrounding the building. Homeless often hang out inside. Wage employee spoke up to help and at this point the manager tells us to use the checkout with an employee. Pretty embarrassed as I didn't even had the time to correct my mistake without the feeling of being accused. I use the checkout with the employee, again, the min wage employee goes out of her way to help with the coupons, since they weren't working properly. Finally got done bagging my own groceries and picked them off the ground because there isn't room to bag more than three bags of groceries anymore. When we left got stopped again to check receipts. Overall, pretty dumb design, min wage workers were nice, just wish they could have more freedom to bag our groceries for us or we had the freedom to leave the store with it automatically charging our linked debit card. 0/10 , wait a couple years till robots and intuitive freedom fixes whoever's 13 year old save the 100 year average age turtle from plastic idea that ruined walmart experience for me.
