Went to the Road 68 Walmart location this Sunday morning. One worker stocking hotdogs had his music blllaring, real professional... 9 isles that I could not shop due to online ordering and employees loading online orders and blocking everywhere, once again, for in-person shoppers. No one gives a crap about their jobs there. read more

Very disappointed, in the last month I have received two pick up orders that had expired food, one by almost two months. Today, an issue with pay system, tried to pay three different times, two different cards, two different checkouts, with to no avail. I was given an option to download an app, put in all my personal information and rescan for a third time. Told them no thankyou I will go to a store that wants to provide good service, and I don't have to jup through hoops to get my items. and quicker at a different store. We are grateful for WALMART Road 68, and their organized team. In the morning, they are encouraging social distancing. In addition, they do their best to hand out toilet paper to one household at a time until none are available, this includes cleaning supplies as shipments arrive each day! I have to say I'm not shocked to say that there customer service is null!! I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to finally make their way to the front to open the till ... not open ah "7" like they may say!! So no one helped me while I stood the and waited or saw if I needed help or hurried up to their post to help a customer!! You guys suck!! You would figure that if your front end opens up at 7 .. someone will like come up at 6:55 to get ready to open at 7 but noooo... it's now 7:05and no one is up in there front center... waited up front patiently... told someone at 6:50 you should get someone up here there is already a three person line and nothing.... sooooo aggravated!!! Horrible place to shop. Terrible customer service. They apparently have issues with shoplifting because their skin care and makeup is in an area that you are forced to pay for it before you leave the area or get a box for the item. You would think that this area would not allow customers to purchase their whole entire grocery cart of items in this area, especially on a busy Saturday, but your wrong. So a huge massive line forms as one cashier slowly rings up someone's groceries. And if you ask for a box so you can leave, you get yelled at and forced to wait through a massively long line just for two items. I chose to leave the items behind. Rite Aid's line was much shorter and the employees were much friendlier. read more

Very poor management. Why can I schedule grocery pick up tomorrow at nearby Walmarts, but Pasco can't schedule anything for 7 days? This is simply poor planning and negligent scheduling of supplies, regardless of a pandemic. Richland and Kennewick have been able to schedule next day pick up all week. read more

I mean you could be more professional and not renovate the store WHILE ITS NOT OPEN. This place is so loud right now. It's messy there are things EVERYWHERE. Nobody knows where anything is. The employees were supposed to be given a map of the new store so they can help customers when asked where something is. They never got that map to help customers. We waited over an hour for them to bring out our grocery order. Our pickup time was 1pm-2pm. We arrived at 1:07pm and waited u til 2:22 before they brought our order. We called twice and spoke to an employee once. Other cars came and went and we just waited. Absolutely ridiculous! read more

So very very very appalled by the amount of people not wearing masks properly and even more appalled by the amount of people who were not wearing any masks at all!! Well, in fine Walmart fashion, this store has frustrated me for the zillionth time (shocking, right??) Oh sure, they've managed to keep the appearances up (barely) for shoppers sake, but let's talk about the zombie employees who get their paycheck from this mega corporation. I had a small question really - and I bumped into a completely clueless employee on the first try, lucky me. When you know you've presented the most complicated question of the day for them "where's your steering fluid?", and his reply is "ummmm" for more than 20 seconds, your best bet is to go it alone. So I took my own advice, found what I needed and proceeded towards the registers picking up two more items along the way. It's always a pleasure standing in a line 10-deep of other frustrated customers who are desperate for the elderly cashier to move it along....all the while looking at the 30+ check stands that have no one available for check out. Forget self-checkout this day; those machines were down for the time being. That just added to the yet-another unforgettable shopping experience called "Walmart = the crappiest place to buy anything, where no one is here to help." Exactly WHERE is management in these stores?!!! Can't wait to go back, when I have no other choice but to hit this disaster up for items I need in a pinch. Stay tuned for the next rant. read more

It's ok but the shelves are always in disarray and items aren't in stock often no matter when you go so sometimes it takes multiple trips to get everything you have on your list. Pasco isn't really that big of a town so they should be able to keep up better than they are. read more

I'm out of state with a dead battery. Told 2 hr wait. I wait, then told because someone changed battery clamps to top post their policy says I'm out of luck. Nope wont help me. I buy a top post battery to install myself. Nope they wont lend me a 9/16 wrench. I buy a wrench set. I kid you not in 7 minutes I'm on my way with a promise battery warranty is now void. This retired aircraft mechanic thinks I have never seen a sorrier bunch. Six tires I will buy this fall. Because of this they wont be Walmarts. read more

Every time I come to this specific Walmart location (which is as few times as possible), I am so upset by the rudeness and arrogance of the staff, as well as the inefficiency of nearly every department. As someone who has worked in retail and costumer service before, I completely understand how frustrating it can be to work with the public, so I make it a point every time I shop to be as pleasant and easygoing as I can be. Despite my efforts to be a pleasure to the staff, I am always blown away by how disrespectful they are to their costumers. Today, I went in to pick up some photo prints and while I was on my way to the department, I received a last minute email saying my order had been delayed... I walked around the store for an hour assuming that my nine pictures would be ready any minute but I still never received an email. I decided to run some other errands to waste time around tri-cities while I waited and, surprise- the pictures still aren't ready. It wouldn't be a huge deal to me to have to wait for going on three hours if the staff were actually pleasant and if I would have known initially that it would take this long. read more
