This was the weirdest Pharmacy i've been in. It was extremely understocked and empty. There was water damaged and missing ceiling tiles throughout the place, the fridges didn't feel cold and the pharmacy staff themselves were dismissive and in a rush, despite the fact there were no other customers.

COVID-19: Social distancing is enforced at this establishment. All of the staff wears a mask. All customers are expected to wear a mask too. The staff do not wear gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open for customers to do their shopping at limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. While I was buying some toiletries from this establishment today, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment. Parking: There are plenty of parking available for you to choose from. There were lots of parking available even during prepandemic times. Now during the pandemic, there are even more parking spots available. The spaces are pretty wide and decently sized. Parking is not an issue here. Store: This Rite Aid is very clean, tidy, and neat. All items are displayed in a way that makes sense. They are very well stocked in a lot of items. This Rite Aid is located behind Whole Foods, so if you want to check out Rite Aids from the other side of the lot, you have to walk down this dimly lit pathway. Staff: The staff here are very nice and welcoming. Right when I entered the store, I was immediately greeted and asked if they could help me. Well done, Rite Aid employees. Well done.

This is specifically for the Thrifty ice cream. I never had this as a kid because I was too poor so there is no nostalgia here for me - I only had this for the first time recently and thought it was really good. Here's the low down of why I like it: 1. It tastes good. It's not the fanciest, trendy concept, but it's just nice. I really like the medieval madness flavor (mainly vanilla with some chocolate flakes and some other stuff), and the coconut pineapple is quite nice - not too tart or sweet. 2. Decent price. $1.99 for a single, $2.69 for a double, or go all out and get the colossal triple on a waffle cone for $4.49. So many new places try to be so flashy but then charge $4-5 for a single scoop; I do prefer this homely setting where it's not too expensive and you don't feel as guilty when you just want a little bit of dessert. 3. Not as many calories as you might think. Only 140 or 150 calories per scoop. 4. No lines, although you need to wait for the main cashier to come over. 5. Bonus points because they have a funny cylindrical ice cream scoop. It makes the scoop look like a giant marshmallow.

It appears that they have spent a lot of money updating the store. But they forgot one area of the store. The bathrooms are atrocious!

They don't do price match even with their own website. Website says $7.49 for the canker cover and this store charged me $14.49 and they made it clear that they don't care about price match. Ridiculous. Will never come back again.

I didn't go to the actual pharmacy part of the store so this is for the main drugstore, but I had…read moresuch a lovely interaction this evening! I went in, mostly just for contact solution, but as I always end up doing when I'm in the CVS, I definitely roamed the aisles and ended up with way more than I bargained for! For one thing, and this is mostly across all CVS locations, I love the store. Some of their things can be expensive, but I live walking to a different location, and I find that when you're a consistent shopper, there are always an abundance of coupons and opportunities to save some dollars. And the convenience is worth it to me. For example, tonight my total was about $64 or so. By the time I had added all of my coupons and signed up for their monthly program, I paid less than $40. Sami helped me out and he was so lovely and kind! He helped me reactivate my ExtraCare membership. I ran in quickly initially without my card since they take Apple Pay, but I needed the physical card to activate my membership. It was truly no issue to run out for my card but he profusely apologized for the inconvenience. Sami was just so friendly and kept up the good natured conversation during our whole interaction whilst still maintaining good efficiency. Overall I left in the least amount of time but feeling completely taken care of. I feel like this is kind of across all locations, but specifically this store did not feel super well stocked. I don't really think that's their fault though. That kind of seems to be the model across most locations. But I will say this specific CVS had a lot more buttons around the store to call the staff since a lot of items are locked up now. My usual CVS definitely doesn't have as many as it needs and it can feel frustrating trying to get help. I needed something today and found an accessible button, and a staff member came very quickly to assist me. Overall, a 10 out of 10, and next time I'm in the area I would definitely stop back here again!

Understaffed, always busy. Sometimes it'll take me 20 min to pick up meds. Skip it if you can!read more

The biggest issue is that everyone was doing jobs they weren't supposed to be doing. The nurse who was supposed to be giving vaccines was instead helping a customer who was taking forever to decide which medication to get, while the line kept getting longer. Meanwhile, other employees who could have helped were just standing around, careless and not stepping in at all. No one seemed to care about the growing line or patients who were clearly waiting. After all that time, I was told I still didn't even have a patient appointment, even though they continued helping walk-ins the entire time. No communication, no urgency, no apology. Extremely disappointing and poorly managed. Do not come to this pharmacy if you value your time.

So here I sit after midnight in horrible pain looking for illegal pain pills on the street because this Walgreens pharmacist was rude and refused to fill my very valid prescription. If I die from finding illegal pain pills, I blame Walgreens. Take a look at my ankle. Do you think this hurts? No wonder Walgreens is going out of business. I have nothing for pain because YOU declined my very legal prescription. And then refused to give me his name. I would never wish anyone harm, but I hope the person that denied me pain relief injures himself in the same way. He is a horrible person for denying me my legal prescription, yelling at me and calling me a liar. Karma will come back to you Walgreens pharmacy. I am a senior citizen and do not deserve to be treated with such disrespect.

The first prescription picked up was in a pill bottle not only child proof, but also elderly proof. I called them and went through all the hoops to reach a live person to ask if they could make note in her records that she needs the alternate prescription bottle that allows her access to her medication and was assured that this was possible and they had updated her records for the future. My Mother-in-law couldn't take her medication again because her refill is impenetrable for her when they refill. It's sad

I moved to Pasadena in October and transferred multiple prescriptions to this location. Since then I have had an issue with every Rx I have needed filled. Every flippin prescription!?! I have been on multiple medications, some for a decade, and I have never had the amount of issues I have had here in two and a half months. Every flippin time!?! Routine medications challenge them, communication is an afterthought, they insulate themselves from phone calls by having a ridiculous phone tree & alleged call-back system, God help you if you need a controlled prescription... Rania (Sp?) is the only pharmacist that actively worked to resolve other pharmacist nonchalance and utter incompetence. Transfer you prescriptions to Brown & Welin on Green Street, their customer service is above and beyond.
