I went in, mostly just for contact solution, but as I always end up doing when I'm in the CVS, I definitely roamed the aisles and ended up with way more than I bargained for! For one thing, and this is mostly across all CVS locations, I love the store. Some of their things can be expensive, but I live walking to a different location, and I find that when you're a consistent shopper, there are always an abundance of coupons and opportunities to save some dollars. And the convenience is worth it to me. For example, tonight my total was about $64 or so. By the time I had added all of my coupons and signed up for their monthly program, I paid less than $40. Sami helped me out and he was so lovely and kind! He helped me reactivate my ExtraCare membership. I ran in quickly initially without my card since they take Apple Pay, but I needed the physical card to activate my membership. It was truly no issue to run out for my card but he profusely apologized for the inconvenience. Sami was just so friendly and kept up the good natured conversation during our whole interaction whilst still maintaining good efficiency. Overall I left in the least amount of time but feeling completely taken care of. I feel like this is kind of across all locations, but specifically this store did not feel super well stocked. I don't really think that's their fault though. That kind of seems to be the model across most locations. But I will say this specific CVS had a lot more buttons around the store to call the staff since a lot of items are locked up now. My usual CVS definitely doesn't have as many as it needs and it can feel frustrating trying to get help. I needed something today and found an accessible button, and a staff member came very quickly to assist me. Overall, a 10 out of 10, and next time I'm in the area I would definitely stop back here again!

The pharmacist looked up at me with a stern look on her face and said "Do you have a question?" Huge attitude like I was bothering her. I said "Of course I do...". "What is it?" She replied. No greeting and no friendliness about her. I said "Never mind!" The concern was personal and private. I walked away. A few moments later I approached a regular pharmacy associate who kindly answered my question. A smile and a greeting would have gone a long way.

Well, I initially tried WALGREENS adjacent to my dental office. But sadly I was informed that WALGREENS is not participating in the national distribution. So I thanked the crabby mgr. I headed up towards rite aid and was greeted with warmth and friendliness. Lol heck, a random employee that was moping up something on the floor, greeted me and walked me over to where they were handing out the face masks out. Far superior service here at RITE AID as opposed to WALGREENS.

The interesting: They have self-service check-out kiosks. CVS stands for Consumer Value Store.

Horrible pharmacy service and completely disorganized staff…read more I came here only to get a vaccine, which should take just a few minutes, but I ended up waiting over an hour and a half. The biggest issue is that everyone was doing jobs they weren't supposed to be doing. The nurse who was supposed to be giving vaccines was instead helping a customer who was taking forever to decide which medication to get, while the line kept getting longer. Meanwhile, other employees who could have helped were just standing around, careless and not stepping in at all. No one seemed to care about the growing line or patients who were clearly waiting. After all that time, I was told I still didn't even have a patient appointment, even though they continued helping walk-ins the entire time. No communication, no urgency, no apology. Extremely disappointing and poorly managed. Do not come to this pharmacy if you value your time.

The first prescription picked up was in a pill bottle not only child proof, but also elderly proof. I called them and went through all the hoops to reach a live person to ask if they could make note in her records that she needs the alternate prescription bottle that allows her access to her medication and was assured that this was possible and they had updated her records for the future. My Mother-in-law couldn't take her medication again because her refill is impenetrable for her when they refill. It's sad

Could not deliver what was promised multiple times…read more Prescription was called in on March 5 and I was getting calls from the pharmacy promising my medicine would be ready the following day each day since March 10. They called on March 13 to tell me it wouldn't be ready until Monday, March 16 and that my time to pick up the medication expired. So now I have to go back to my doctor and start the whole process again. This is just Accutane. Should not be this difficult to get. If they were honest with me on March 10 when they first called, I'd have asked my doctor to transfer to a CVS and have it ready that day and be able to pick up within my ipledge window. Really was misled that everything would be fine, they'd waive my ipledge expiration period and still dispense the medicine whenever it came in. Only to find out today, NOPE, they won't have the medicine until Monday and won't be able to dispense because my ipledge expired. Now I have to go back to doctor and start the whole process over. It's been 2 weeks now with no medicine....

Do not come here for gift cards…read more I bought two $100 amazon gift cards and was scammed. The person at the register didn't check my gift cards. The people I gifted the cards to, told me the last digits of the cards were already scratched out. The cards were already redeemed before purchasing and now I lost $200. Employees need to do their due diligence and check the gift cards before selling. This is unfair and unprofessional. Never buy from here and always get gift cards from Amazon itself. Lesson learned
