When I went to pick the counter staff was very rude, said there is no voice mail. I showed the my prediction and doctors contact saying that they tried to contact, no one would pick up the phone. The voice mail Was left but no medicine was prepared. I asked if they could all my doctor she said she doesn't, I called the doctors office so that they could speak to the staff at the pharmacy, she refused. Asked if there is another number, my provider could call , she said there is no other nunmber. Showed here the prescription but she staff refused to take the prescription. This happened when I went to collect my prescription after my oral surgery, asked for the manager, she told me I would receive text if the order has been placed, that it. No apologies of the other staff rude and irresponsible behavior, no apologies on the Pharmacy's behalf. This has been the worst experience I have had in any pharmacies.

I then checked Walgreens website and found a lot of great coupons that helped our dollars stretch. When we checked out I scaned my loyalty card and the total amount due dropped. That was a cool feeling. I hope to find more coupons next year and challenge my son and I to make a bigger purchase to donate. December. My company and co-workers wanted to help the same women's shelter in Norwalk this Holiday season as well. I called Wallgreens and let them know I would be visiting their store to purchase items. Vinny knew exactly who I was and helped me every step of the way. He showed me how to maximize my companie's and co-workers fund's to maximize our donation. He was so patient and kind. Well thanks, I could have figured that one out myself. When I went to the front to pay, the gentleman behind the counter was staring off into space and did not see me coming. A woman that worked there shouted, "you have a customer," to which he looked at me and I moved forward to the counter. He did not say "hello", he did not say "did you find everything?", he didn't even say "Do you have a CVS card or phone number you would like to enter?" I was shocked. I mean CVS does not sound like the most fun place to work in the world but come on, have a little personality especially if you are dealing with the public all day.
