If you aren't able to pick up your prescription, or live far away from Monroe, they will ship your script overnight for free! Their staff is absolutely wonderful! Very kind, compassionate and empathetic. I was so impressed how they give the same attention and dedication to their veterinary patients as they do their human patients! When they make prescription oral medications for animals, they provide flavor options to help the medication be more palatable for the pet. Such as, Beef, Chicken, Fish, Bacon etc. Just as they would add pleasant flavors to help children take their oral medications. The fact that they go the extra mile to care for all of their patients, speaks volumes about this small business! I highly recommend them for all of your Compound Prescription needs!

Also, not familiar with pharmacies that don't call ahead and get authorization for insurance, but it needed to paid up front and we were told "you'll get a receipt, you can see if your insurance company will reimburse you for it". Maybe it's just for compound solutions but my mother has had these infusions before with another doctor before and his office took care of everything, she didn't need to do anything but show up for the appointment. If the guy on the phone was little more pleasant and not so rude and condescending it wouldn't have been a 1-star review, but if he's unable to clearly convey what needs to be said to avoid misunderstandings then he should look for another line of work.

She has been able to fill prescriptions that were supposedly only available through other pharmacies. This pharmacy has gone completely downhill since change of ownership. The staff is not very…read moreknowledgeable and at times has even lied about whether a prescription is filled. my family member was very upset and was not getting any cooperation from an employee and while she slipped with a swear word which she did not call the employee and apologized immediately, said employee lied and said he was cursed. The pharmacist reaction was to tell me my family member was "mean" ( a word often used by second graders!) and that we could not call to check to see prescriptions were filled and it was the responsibility of the doctor! The sympathetic pharmacist told me my family member could no longer use the pharmacy and told me he can go elsewhere. What an absolute disgrace! I'll somehow find a way for that pharmacy and the pharmacist to have a complaint against licenses.

Because of their unwilliness to fix my mother's "allegedly" brand new hospital bed which has a bad remote, the first three weeks of her stay in her new facility, had her frustrated because the bed was not consistently working. They sent 3 different people out to claim it was working. I sent them video when it wasn't. Jordan the supervisor literally said he was not going to replace it. THis was after my mother's broken leg surgery. He did not care. She regularly could not sit up in her bed because it would not go up and if she needed to leave the bed it would not go down. One night she fell all the way out of the bed. Still Jordon said nothing was wrong with it. I reported to CMS Medicare and spoke to the contractor Adepthealth (who were lovely). After a couple weeks, a new bed arrived and it was delivered with kindess by Diya who was nothing like any of the other fruitcakes I worked with at CSS including Jordan and Javier. It took 3 weeks and I can't tell you how many hours on my part to resolve an issue that should have been completed in 20 minutes. It took me to figure out what was wrong mechanically with the bed. I am a therapist. And still they did nothing, I think their egos were hurt. My mother was thrown off at her new facility for weeks because they didn't care. She fell and easily could have rebroken her leg. And Jordan actually spoke to me with such disdain and ignorance, STAY AWAY! They will respond they have a video. Yes dears. I do too and you were so obnoxious it took the business you contract with to fix it. Google reviews are 1 star, with comments saying they wish they could have left zero.

I am so thankful for the staff at On the Mend, both in Mount Kisco, NY and in Southbury, CT. I…read morestarted in Mt. Kisco with Kim, Joe and Liam. I bought a tall rollator for my dad who is struggling with mobility. Within one day, Liam came to my parent house to do an assessment for my dad. It was so kind of him, and eye opening for us. My dad fell on March 28th at the beginning of the Pandemic and broke his hip. He was in the hospital and rehab for 5 weeks with no visitors. It was heart-breaking! Finally, he came home on May 1 and has had rehab at the house. Thank goodness for the rollator, it's the only way he can get around. We bought a shower chair for him too, after his fall. Which Liam delivered and assembled immediately, in time for the aide to help my dad have a shower. Last week, my mom and I went to Southbury to look at Lift Chairs for my dad. Liz, Marsi, and Liam spent so much time helping us narrow down our choices. My dad wanted to be part of the decision, so we took him to Mt. Kisco where Kim and Joe, and Todd, the Golden rep, helped us try the chairs and learn the features of each. My dad practiced sitting and standing, and moving his rollator to a place he could reach it whether seated or preparing to stand. They were so patient and helpful. My dad finally decided on the best one for himself. Golden, the chair company, recently had a malware problem and had been off line for over a week. Liam drove to Pennsylvania to the warehouse to pick up my dad's chair, among others for local people. He delivered it himself to my parents' house, so they had it within a week of ordering! Really incredible and so kind! My dad is so happy to have a comfortable chair, which will help him continue to be as mobile and independent as possible. It means the world to my family! Thank you to everyone at On The Mend! Your customer service is unparalleled! You treated us like family!
