Lupe's has all your standard pharmacy products and then some, including perfumed soaps, Burt's Bees, and even some Fairfield memorabilia. If you can't find what you're looking for, just ask and they can probably order it for you. If you have questions about your prescription, you can always ask one of the pharmacists, or speak with someone over the phone. They're one of the few family-owned businesses that has survived the chain brand explosion, because you can't get Lupe's service anywhere else.

A family member of mine was in desperate need of medical equipment a few months ago, and Collins was literally the only company (out of 5 total!) that took my urgent phone call during the late afternoon hours. Furthermore, I was pleasantly surprised by how kind and understanding their employees were on the phone. I had been very distressed about my ill family member when I first called, and the Collins staff was very patient and supportive of me during that difficult time. Because of their unwilliness to fix my mother's "allegedly" brand new hospital bed which has a bad remote, the first three weeks of her stay in her new facility, had her frustrated because the bed was not consistently working. They sent 3 different people out to claim it was working. I sent them video when it wasn't. Jordan the supervisor literally said he was not going to replace it. THis was after my mother's broken leg surgery. He did not care. She regularly could not sit up in her bed because it would not go up and if she needed to leave the bed it would not go down. One night she fell all the way out of the bed. Still Jordon said nothing was wrong with it. I reported to CMS Medicare and spoke to the contractor Adepthealth (who were lovely). After a couple weeks, a new bed arrived and it was delivered with kindess by Diya who was nothing like any of the other fruitcakes I worked with at CSS including Jordan and Javier. It took 3 weeks and I can't tell you how many hours on my part to resolve an issue that should have been completed in 20 minutes. It took me to figure out what was wrong mechanically with the bed. I am a therapist. And still they did nothing, I think their egos were hurt. My mother was thrown off at her new facility for weeks because they didn't care. She fell and easily could have rebroken her leg. And Jordan actually spoke to me with such disdain and ignorance, STAY AWAY! They will respond they have a video. Yes dears. I do too and you were so obnoxious it took the business you contract with to fix it. Google reviews are 1 star, with comments saying they wish they could have left zero.

I informed Dr Levinson that I was flying to Hawaii on March 2nd and the surgery required 4-8 weeks of recovery with no flying. Dr Levinson squeezed me in and operated on my 2 days later. She didn't even know the answers to simple questions about eye exams and had to put me on hold for over 10 min so she could check with her supervisor. Then she didn't know the price of the contact lens fitting exam. Then, when I asked if they accept my insurance it was impossible to get a straightforward answer it was clear she had no clue what she was saying. Later, I called their other location to doublecheck and got completely different answers. It was also an ordeal. Again, the person I spoke with was rude and abrupt. They are so vague about insurances they accept, or about the final cost you can expect to pay. Then they e-mail forms to sign requiring you to pay upfront for things that are routinely covered by insurance. Everything there is so chaotic and disorganized. And don't even dare ask another question because you will be snapped at. I can only imagine when one gets a bill from them. Most likely you will be overcharged and nobody in their office will cooperate with you to resolve any billing issues.....or even understand what you are calling about. Not the sharpest knives in the drawer, to say the very least. Stay away from this practice!!!!!!
