The only way to change stores is to…read more"leave a message" and get a call back from them or drive to the store you need - and then make another trip to the store when the order is ready. As far as getting a call back from CVS, I have left 4 in 4 days with no call back. I truly hate being treated that way. I left one star as there is no way to leave less than one star.

After sharing it was formerly ~$8, he calmly recruited help from another rockstar female team member (receipt says Molly). She confirmed script filled was a 90 day supply in addition to double-checking the insurance info was correct and it was billed appropriately; she also took the time to research what it would cost at other local pharmacies, in addition to what filling it with other public plans ("Good Rx") would total. "At $19, filling it at Costco would def save you nearly 50%." That's stellar customer service. Instead of leaving, I paid the higher price because her time/high level of empathy is not common! Thanks for the extra attention and consideration, not to mention patented mile long receipt!

I have to give a shout out to Alex of CVS. I was trying to purchase Sudafed which you can only get from behind the pharmacy counter and they had just closed for their 30 minute lunch break. He (along with the pharmacist) kindly opened up that register and let me purchase the Sudafed. Thank you Alex for going above and beyond to save me a second trip back to the store.

They also have incorrectly processed a different prescription stating that I need a prior authorization, which was already done and is still good for four refills (was able to fill at Walgreens yesterday). When I asked the pharmacist to check the prior auth status (after telling her I had confirmed with my MD that PA was done/current), her only response was to repeatedly tell me my rx was ready and that I'd be charged full price.

I had plenty of pennies but nope, they round up no matter what. I don't think that is very fair business. Others I have gone to knock the price down to the lowest non penny denominator. They do have a very nice "fountain" with delicious limeade and some cool items for those who want to shop there. UPDATE!!! Randi from Irwin's actually called me moments after I posted the review. She explained they did in fact round up when they should have rounded down. Therefore I have changed my stars and am very impressed that they called asap and offered to reimburse the change. My boss highly recommended Irwin's and I was soooo confused initially ("you're sending me to a pharmacy for food?" haha). I looked it up and made a to-go order. I ordered the philly cheesesteak with a side of ranch. I walked in and the whole place is a vibe. Even the customers in line with me were smiling and friendly. The staff was great and welcoming. The prices are soooo much better than any of the other local places I've tried. My cheesesteak was awesome- tasty and a good size. If I had a longer lunch break I'd dine-in because the place is this adorable diner-style place and clearly has a solid history in the community. The only downside to this is that now I have to admit to my boss that he was right about something (just kidding). Anyways, check it out!

She decided to call me to say they didn't want my profile because of the medicines that I take. She thinks she is the DEA if you're getting pain medications there be aware that she is a person that thinks if you take pain medications you are a criminal. She tore my prescription up in front of me. No Pharmacist should be able to tell you or your Doctor what kind of Medicine a person should be taking. I take a lot of medicine due to having a lot of surgeries. I feel like if you don't want my profile for prescription the store doesn't need my business.

Multiple mornings there's been nothing fresh in the bakery, only mass produced items. Parking lot is small and always quite full.
