Been going here for years but it's gone downhill. Been using the pharmacy and for some reason every time I go now it's like I ordered everything new. They have no idea what they are doing almost every time I go. I need two types of syringes for a medication and for whatever reason every single time I need to explain this to them because they mess it up every time now. I've been using the same syringes for years now but suddenly they can't get their stuff straight. Not one star because the store itself is fine, but really unhappy with the pharmacy part. read more

To be honest I wish I could give less than one star. I was in the drive thru, being helped be someone. Apparently I was talking loud. Not one time did the person helping me say I was loud. The pharmacist(not helping me at all) grabbed the microphone and screamed I was yelling. I am in the drive thru and it's pouring rain so it was hard to hear anything, second their microphone is shotty at best, it cuts out and we customers miss half of what is being said to us, third I asked for their names (both had name tags on) but bc of the rain I wasn't able to read the name tags, she outright refused. I have been going to Rite Aid since they opened in Nashua. This is one pharmacy that treats ppl horrible. This is why they are losing millions of dollars and have to close so many stores. They USED to hire dedicated, kind, helpful pharmacist, now they hire ppl who should NOT work with customers. read more

Friendly, attentive, and respectful. I switched pharmacies 6 years ago, and even through Covid and staff turnaround, they've managed to keep the quality of the personnel high. read more

Not so much the front end but the pharmacy is by far the worst I've ever dealt with, I don't know why I keep doing it to myself but years ago I had a privacy issue with them, then it always seems to be something, most of the time my biggest complaint is they like to not answer their phone or will answer then put you on hold til god knows when, I've even sat on hold to ask a simple question so long that I decided to drive over while on hold with them to see if I could get thru the line quicker than I could get off hold and sure enough I was able to show them I'm still on hold from them. Ridiculous. Now today I call about my prescription that I have to have when I run out , or shall I say I cannot just run out, and again I sit on hold for a while I'm just trying to confirm a scrip was sent over and when they can have it by, no rush just call park, after being transferred a bunch of different times I speak to someone who tells me he has it but it'll be an hour and a half and that was no problem, it says online, on their door and I got verbal confirmation from them on the phone that the pharmacy closes at 9:00pm I'm writing this at 8:36 and they have been close since at least 8:00 when I arrived , that's a full hour at least. I even called and double checked man, got a text saying my scrips were ready and a whole lot of good that does me when they go ahead and close up shop early which has happened many times, again I guess it's my own fault for dealing with it for so long now, I'm done!!! No more!!! You can't just mess around with peoples lives like that it's not fair not fair at all. I try to double check everything and then take my kid out trick or treating while they get the scrip ready then they just close house like they didn't just tell me it was open til 9:00pm. When I found out it was closed I made sure to look right at the door and sure enough it says Monday-Friday 8:00am-9:00pm has different hours on the weekend but that's not the problem right now is it? I'm not impressed with you guys at all and I hope this review goes along good with the other ones that I'm guessing are agreeing with me considering y'all have only 2 stars to begin with. read more

Every time I need a prescription filled it takes them forever. I will go to the pharmacy to pick it up and they will say its not ready yet. I Don't want to be rude but this happens sometimes and I don't think it takes very long to fill a pill bottle. However I get my flu shots from them and they do good on that so that's why I give 2 stars. So this pharmacy is ok read more

It's very well-kept but it's your typical pharmacy. What sets them apart is their variety and prices. There is more selection than most pharmacies I've been to and the prices are decent. read more

I received an automated phone call that my prescription was ready. When I arrived, my prescription was not ready and they actually needed my insurance card before proceeding. I asked the woman why I had received a call that it was ready when it wasn't, and why I did not receive a call that they needed insurance information. She had no excuse, and this was after a similar issue the week prior. I asked for my card back so I could go to Walgreens. She became rude and made very rude remarks. Walgreen's and CVS will get my business due to the unprofessional behavior I witnessed. read more
