Each time I left a voicemail and never received a callback. When someone finally did call me back, the staff member only said "hello" once before abruptly hanging up. Then I called the store directly and was routed to the pharmacy, where the man answered with a noticeable attitude. He snapped that I shouldn't call back until I "know my dosage" -- even though I was simply asking if they had my medication available. His tone was dismissive and unprofessional. Pharmacies dealing with stimulant medications are already under strain from shortages and high demand. That context might explain delays, but it does not excuse this level of rudeness. If you're struggling to get your medication, spend your time calling other pharmacies--especially smaller independent ones or those outside high-traffic college areas. These tend to have more personal service and may be more helpful.

I was told previously that controlled scripts could be filled only 2 days before the 30 day mark and have been filled as such for the last 2 months by other employees. Today I went 2 days early as usual with my script ready to have it filled and pick up my other scripts that are ready and the guy working says it can only be filled one day early. So just disregard policy that the 2 other employees carefully follow. This pharmacy is not close or convenient for me so I try to get everything done in one stop but that was ruined. Then he tells me to go to the pickup end and he'll get the meds already filled and waiting. But the phone was again more important and after waiting another full 10 minutes i walked out. I was in the pharmacy for a half hour total and got nothing! Update, 6 hours later, same day. I call corporate to find out what their policy is for controlled scripts, explained what happened so she puts me on hold to call this pharmacist, great, maybe we'll get somewhere. She gets back to the phone and says he said he had a customer that morning asking the same questions and that he checked with another pharmacist (who told him what he should already know) and that he filled the script. Great! Hallelujah! However, he never called to let me know that it was ready! Had i not called to clarify and file a complaint i would have never known out could be picked up that night.

Then I met the pharmacist, Joe! As he was working, he stopped to say hello and asked how I was doing... total shock! Normally I go into pharmacies, the same one, monthly, for over 3 years due to auto accidents and they always sell make you feel like you are a bother to them! Joe was the exception to my years of experience dealing with my current pharmacy! He came from behind the counter to explain to me in detail about my prescription and my insurance. I've never had this type of service anywhere! I am still in awe. I came home and told my fiancé about it like I had just won the lottery lol. To be treated like an actual human is a rarity today, still amazed. I just wish they were a bit closer as I hate getting in vehicles now but do when I have to. The place is huge but very well laid out, and right when you walk in you are greeted by bold signage, bright colors, and a friendly customer service team that was happy to answer questions and help me find what I needed. This is the kind of place where you can grab dinner, groceries, flowers, and even prescriptions all in one stop, which is incredibly convenient when you are on the road. The ready-to-eat food section alone could be its own destination, with an upstairs seating area that makes it easy to eat and relax. The bakery was impressive with fresh breads and baked goods, and the meat and seafood departments stood out with a wide range of quality options. The flower shop added a nice pop of color, the aisle signage made navigation easy, and the elevated train running along the back of the store was a fun, nostalgic touch. Add in a full pharmacy, personal health section, and even some local sports swag, and this store truly has it all. The bottle even says it's expired on 3/5/26 and now we are out of the medicine and it hasn't even shipped yet! Had I done what they told me to, I would have stood in line. TWICE. Given the number of people in line, my second time through would have probably forced me to wait another twenty minutes. For a prescription I had already paid for. To make matters worse, the guy who rang me up made no mention of the fact that I would have to get back in line. It was only after I asked to speak with the pharmacist that my prescription was somehow miraculously ready. On top of this, the men's room was filthy, with urine on the toilet seat, toilet seat covers on the floor, and no toilet paper. When I mentioned this to a cashier at the suggestion of a pharmacy tech, I was told that the bathroom wouldn't be cleaned until midnight due to a lack of staff.
