The transfer was anything but smooth. COnfusion in prescriptions and the number of refills left drove me crazy. Getting refills is a whole different problem. It's taken 5 days in some cases to get a script filled. Sometimes they call and let you know it's ready and other times they don't, you have to follow up. I've dealt with several other pharmacies they all have their quirks, but Sussex has to be the worst one I have ever dealt with in my life. If you have a choice of pharmacies it's advisable to avoid this one.

So they won't serve you on a motorcycle through the drive-up either now?!! Are they just making the rules up based on who there has to handle serving the drive-up customers and that person's current bad attitude? Unbelievable! They DO NOT like to process Rx discount coupons for sure. It looks like there is only one person here that knows how to process them and if they are out or on a break you're SoL. Ok waited another 10 minutes and said if they can't give me my shots I'll go to Walmart. In 2 minutes they called me in for flu and covid shots.
