I pulled in and found a spot rather quickly. I ran inside and first made my way to the facilities. They were in decent shape. Then I was out to the main floor to grab myself a sweet tea. I browsed the shelves to see if there might be anything I wanted to grab. Not much of a selection, so I made my way to the register. Normally I would do self checkout but with the one item I needed being behind the counter I had to interact with staff. With my items secured I made my way back outside to continue my day.

This is a small and quiet (in the off-season) town, so this Wawa was a lifesaver at around 9:30pm when we needed a few things to take back to the hotel. My husband was able to find his coke zero, grab a cookie and some chips and I chose a Top Chico for later. We also snagged some lottery tickets so, the trip was a success! Staff were friendly and greeted us and we used their self-checkout without issue.

So, I got 20 ounces of "Carmel Cream", and it does not live up to Holiday Blend. I wound up throwing "Carmel Cream" away. I got my favorite hot hoagie buffalo chicken doused with a liberal amount of buffalo sauce, American cheese, and sprinkled with parmesan cheese with side of blue cheese and it all than made up for my Holiday BLUES, yeah "Holiday Blend" being gone.

So 1st off; congratulations to Walgreens in general for great service. This location today however seems to have failed with continuing that service of other areas. I dropped off my refills for the pharmacy and was told 30-45 minutes. I said that's fine I'm going to go next door for lunch. I returned 40 minutes later and was told "I have to get them ready it will be 30 minutes. I responded to that by saying I was already told that over 30 minutes ago. I travel and am on the way out of town..I don't have a place to go and wait on them over an hour by the time I will finally get my pills. I have never waited more than 10 minutes on Walgreens but waiting 40 is perfectly acceptable also. They might be busy today? What I don't like though is waiting 40 minutes and then being told we have to start on them and it will be another 30. Either give me an accurate time to begin with or pay attention so you don't forget there is a customer waiting.

I used to shop here when I first moved from NJ to Delaware. The store has been expanded…read moresignificantly by the end of March 2023. The rear room of the store is the newly expanded area. They now offer an even wider selection of spirits, wines, beer and related items. Case wine discounts are 20% off. They also have a membership club using your mobile phone number. I usually visit here to purchase some last minute items or to refill my growler. They always have eight local beers on tap. My most recent growler refill was for the Dewey Beer Co. "Orbits a Star" Imperial (double New England) hazy IPA at 9% ABV. My 64 ounce growler cost me $21 to refill with "Orbits a Star". See my recent pics of which draft beers were available during my most recent visits. If you want you can sample some of their draft beers. I will continue to visit here for last minute items or to refill my growler.
