Their always behind on prescriptions and then their never open on weekends and there's a shortage of pharmacist in our area

I had an appointment for flu shot, came 10 minutes early, registered and waited. after 20 minutes I went back to desk, they said they needed my insurance cards. (Despite my getting my prescription meds there for 13 years). I gave them both medicare and part b supplemental. Waited another 15-20 minutes, went back to desk and was told that my insurance does not cover flu shot. I'm 76, have gotten 12 flu shots in previous years there, have presented my medicare and part b cards...and they said they could give me a covid shot but not flu? Ok waited another 10 minutes and said if they can't give me my shots I'll go to Walmart. In 2 minutes they called me in for flu and covid shots. There is something drastically wrong with a pharmacy that does not know that medicare covers flu shots. read more

The pharmacy in millsboro is terrible, the pharmacy Kieli Marvel is absolutely terrible she is rude nasty and completly unhelpful, the pharmacy manager Kevin is even worse than the pharmacist. Stay away this place is terrible, look at the Google reviews,they are accurate​ read more

Worst pharmacy in the area. The line in the Drive through is as long as a rock concert. Inside is no better. They did an atrocious job of planning ahead when it was clear Riteaid across the street was going to close. read more

Pharmacy is very slow and lacking experience. You could be on line for over 20 minutes. Long lines and lack of staff.

Walgreens will tell you the prescription is being processed couple days later they say they do not have the medication. Stop lying to the people be honest so they could go elsewhere. Otherwise you'll end up like Rite Aid. read more

This is the absolute worst Rite Aid/Walgreen in the area. The management must be asleep in the back. Some of the employees are nice others, not so much. Forget about calling them ANY time during working hours. I let the phone ring dozens of times all day long for several days, but still no answer. I still haven't gotten new blood pressure script sent in a month ago. Again they were out of my insulins that they notified me were ready for pick up. Last night I changed from pick up to delivery because I don't think I can handle waiting in line for 40 mins to find they don't have my meds. EVEN THOUGHT THEY CALLED TO TELL ME TO PICK THEM UP. But today they called to say to come pick up my order. I have been calling for a week to verify they are ready, waited as lo g as an hour on hold then gave up. Called again today midday. Sat on hold with no one picking up for 30 mins. Stayed on hold while I went ahead and drove to the pharmacy. Was still on hold when I got to the counter. Take a look at the accompanying photo and tell me what has to have gone wrong for there to be ten people in the pharmacy line on a Tuesday evening along with another half dozen cars in the pharmacy drive thru lane. The only good news was that multiple people gave up and left. One guy told me he had been waiting over an hour. If I could give no star I would. The Pharmacy is the worst I have ever use. They care not for customers, I have been waiting for over a week for a prescription for pain (fractured pelvis, 3 broken ribs, and a compressed L-1). First they waited for three days to tell me they want Prior Authorization, they received it yet that was not enough. They then (after 3 more days) now wanted doctors notes from my appt., told me "Medical Note" was Delaware Law, I checked and it doesn't have any reference to a Medical Note. Then they told me it was Walgreens policy, read that too, not true. It comes down to the Pharmacy playing God with whomever they want. It is their rules and regulations that are made, and that's what you get. Needless to say I'm still waiting, funny thing is now they have canceled it because it has been to many days from receiving it. please tell me this is not what I have to look forward to. read more

So they are a pharmacy, one that I have used for the last 10 years, and they aren't filling my Rx's that my doctor is sending, but substituting the more expensive drug. When my Medicare Rx Drug plan reups, Walgreens is off the list. This is the 2nd time, once for my husband and once for me, that they swap for the more expensive drug. read more

Without a doubt the worst pharmacy counter that I have ever encountered. Poor customer service No interest what so ever in the customer . Very interested in the workers benefits because the hours that they are open are not to the customer benefit. They may be shirt staffed, so if I were them I would shut down till you can hire yhe proper support staff . I had my wife pull all of her scripts from this Walgreens and move them to Rite Aid. I purchased a $25 Xbox gift card at this location today. Tried to use it within 15 min of leaving the store. It was not activated according to MicroSoft. I understand mistakes happen, so I spoke with the assistant manager, Ricky, expecting to have this resolved. He told me that he cannot accommodate my request. He cannot reactivate it, he cannot replace it, he basically cannot handle his job title. When I posed the question - so I basically just GAVE Walgreens $25 in exchange for nothing? His response was - well I don't know? His only attempt at a solution was to suggest that I call the manager, Guy, on Monday. But followed up with the fact that Guy has no way of resolving the situation either. I spend over $250 monthly in Walgreens. And I think it's extremely poor customer service to the way there was ZERO attempt to fix this. read more
