Customer service suffers because the environment seems tense and badly managed. Instead of creating a helpful and professional atmosphere, management comes across as rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. It makes the whole store experience frustrating and uncomfortable. A place like CVS should be clean, organized, and welcoming, but this location reflects poor leadership and bad service.

I was told to call back and ask for the manager in 3 days. I did just that. She seemed convinced that I didn't know what I was talking about. Man-splained what a pending vs posted charge meant on my checking account. told me that I needed to bring in my bank statement to show the $10 charge twice. No thank you. I've already worked too hard for your mistake. I brought my phone which showed both charges posted. Once on the day I paid and once on the day I picked it up. About 4 days apart. The receipt even said rx# and it matched! I just wasn't excited that I was being made to feel like I was the inconvenience to her or the store. I had to drive back to the store for $10. She ended up handing me cash and keeping the receipt. Shew. Never using the pay ahead option again.

In addition to this deal on water, overall prices are below those found in most resorts stores. For those of you wishing to take home the frozen Grotto Pizza, but do not have the right size cooler, the store carries the large sized insulated freezer bags for only a few dollars!!
