If anything, they go above and beyond the call here on occasion. For example, they usually remember us. Not just, "Oh, here's your records" stuff, but walk in the door and (if it's the main pharmacists) they'll know what we're there for. That's something you don't get at your other places! Then there's the above-and-beyond you occasionally get. As a small pharmacy they're usually stocked, but occasionally might not have something. They'll gladly recommend some place that does (looking it up for you), or even on occasion they'll drive to the other pharmacy themselves, pick it up, and have it back at their location for you. Not to mention, they'll often have that done by the end of the day! So, if you're looking for a local pharmacy with great customer service, then I can't recommend them enough.

They treated my elderly mother with respect and compassion that I'd lost faith in. The pharmacist himself delivered critical meds after his delivery team had gone for the day. The pharmacist should be training other pharmacists in the art of caring for patients. They carry hard to find products and conduct themselves with professionalism and integrity. I wish them success. Everyone has their bad days, but the pharmacist and the pharmacy tech's at this location are horrible every time. They will leave you standing at the counter for over ten minutes and look right at you several times, and not even acknowledge that you are standing there. They will talk about other clients and bad mouth them as they are filling prescriptions while they are not waiting on you (no wonder "blank" gave them attitude is all I can think). I watched a lady answer the phone six times while I was there today, and did not even tell me "hello" or "I will be right with you" nothing, it was just like I was invisible. Finally when I was checked out the guy just walked up to the counter and said nothing like I was pestering him. I told him my name. He told he the total. I signed. I left. Never once did he apologize for my wait for or for any inconveniences. Today I waited ten minutes for them to take the prescription from my hand, thirty-five minutes for it to be filled, and other fifth-teen minutes for someone to acknowledge me so I could pay. This is not the first this has happened to me it. I shop there frequently for my groceries, and it happens to other people as well, all the time. It is not just one employee in the pharmacy, but all employees in the pharmacy.

My home Costco is the one in Elkridge and, yes, it can be very busy because of where it's located, but they process you through the checkout lines incredibly fast, no matter how long the lines are. I've learned to park somewhat far from the door just to simplify entry and exit and, if it looks really busy, to take my cart with me from the parking lot. But I buy a lot of organic fruit, fruits and vegetables, and they have them in abundance and way more cost-effective than a standard grocery store. The clothing selection is quite nice and I buy a lot of clothes from there. I see this Costco getting bashed in these other reviews, but it isn't their fault that folks tend to trash the areas just from the pure volume of people coming through. I've never seen them be out of sale items, though sometimes a particular item like broccoli just might not be in that day. I'm retired, so I have the good fortune of being able to go in midday and midweek when it is less crowded. The lines at the gas station can get pretty long, but they process through pretty quickly. Overall, I've had excellent experiences with Costco and the only reason I'm not giving five stars is not their fault, they can't control the crowd volume and what folks do to their product displays.

Then she starts making them and she starts listing all the ingredients they don't have that we ordered, if you have an online order service, you need to mark off the ingredients you are out of. So we recustomize our subs and somehow she still messes them up, wrong size, wrong ingredients, missing ingredients, added ingredients that we didn't order, wrong bread.
