Worst pharmacist ever. Called in to check on my prescription after having a baby and she was rude on the phone...then she was ridiculously rode when I got there and was trying to ask her questions. Never going back. Not what I want to deal with while in pain. read more

I have been a loyal devoted rite-aid stan for many many years. I go there almost exclusively at least 4 times a month. Although the workers are mediocre at best, the bathroom makes up for it with its DELIGHTFUL CHARM. 11/10 would recommend coming to riteaid even if it's just to kill time. I did have one problem with a burst bees product. The hydrating almond lip oil is extremely overpriced for such a small and tiny product. After putting it on it left my lips crusty and dry. I was horrid because I spent so much money on this oil promising to leave my lips hydrated. Most of the burst bees products are a pyramid scheme trying to steal our money. However, their seasonal decor is exquisite. I got a lovely turkey shelf sitter for my dear child Tommy. He loved it and told the youth group all about it. Rite aid is the perfect place to get all of your essentials including youth groups snacks for various events, milk for the Saturday brunch, and caffeinated beverages for your loved ones. honorable mentions, cold and icy. read more

The store is very average at best. In need of remodeling, especially in this neighborhood! The service is usually good, extra helpful actually. BUT, this particular evening we went in becuz we needed bandages, so you know someone got hurt and any old bandaid won't do, so we go in 5 til close on a mission. We are greeted by a stalky old lady that says that they are closing in 2 minutes. Specifically to "make it quick", to which we reply that we were only there for bandaids. As we pass by she further says "like literally". We go get our bandaids and go to the front check out, in a line of several other people. Everyone else has been ok to great there but the 2 star is for the quality of store and that very rude greeting. It's not a 1 star because the rest of the service has been acceptable to great. But ugly store filled with decorative stuff and not all the items for around the house you expect from a store in that category, and a bad experience tonight drag it down down down. I hope the replace that old gal with the short grey hair parted in the middle that wears black glasses that heard we needed bandaids and told us to "be quick... like literally" instead of helping us be quick or just not being a general jerk. That alone would bring this up to a 3 star. read more

I have gone here for 3 years and never have I had such bad customer service. I went up to the drop of for my medication and she says it will be 45 min I said okay I'll wait. 15 min later I'm being page back up she says we don't have enough to fill the hole prescription I said okay this is happing more frequently every time I come you guys have this problem I'm concerned should I look at filling it somewhere else or is this going to be fixed by you guys ordering more medicine. Her response was so disrespectful "I don't know maybe you should". The person standing next to her said tell her that unfortunately a lot of people use that medication and that's why we had this situation. Honestly she could've been nice about it and just let me know that this is going to be a continuous situation due to the medicine. Then I come up to buy my half of the prescription and they can't find my other prescription they said it was never sent over but my doctor send it over every single month so I know for a fact that they sent it over the response I got was I don't know that was the worst customer service that you can give to a customer and I know because I am in customer service I would have been understanding kind and respectful to the customer who is in pain. Wow I'm now switching to somewhere else I can't handle poor customer service shame on the pharmacy and they should remember every customer is important that's how you stay in business read more

I just had the worst experience at this pharmacy. I called an hour ahead to make sure the prescription for my son was ready they said it would be ready in two minutes I said great I will be there to pick up soon! Once I get to the pharmacy to pick it up a very relaxed with no urgency or customer service skills helps me and says it isn't ready yet and to HAVE A SEAT and they will call my sons name once it's ready. I go wait for the prescription for five min or so and hear his name I look up to the counter hoping to see someone waving me to come up here it is but no nothing they don't explain but expect you to go back in line I found this out from the person whose name was called direight after mine. I waited another five to ten minutes and got the prescription I thought about complaining to counter but I really don't think they care I'm just trying to warn others and don't make this your pharmacy. In Sept 2016 two prescriptions for my friend were dropped off at this Rite Aid. Both were Controlled Substances, One a Schedule ll and the other a Schedule lll. This pharmacy mixed up the products and the dosage. I filled a concern on Rite Aids corp web site, I received a voice mail, and a email, I called their rep back and the call went to voice mail, no return calls. I prepared a complaint for the Oregon Board of Pharmacy, but the owner of the prescriptions requested I not file the complaint, she has been with this Pharmacy for over a decade and still has faith in its service. Since this incident the service received has been less than acceptable. The last of numerous issues, on Dec 14 2016 at 1:40 pm, I dropped off two prescriptions and was told it would be 30 minutes. I waited in the store and listened to numerous names called over the intercom for completed pharmacy pickups. After a hour I went to counter for status. The prescription was completed but no intercom page was made or auto called phone message left. The faith my friend has in this Rite Aid pharmacy was well deserved a decade ago, but the current pharmacy personal is anything but professional and I could not recommend placing ones health at their mercy. read more

Customer service at the pharmacy is absolutely horrible! Called in a prescription and received a call that it was ready for pickup yesterday. Stopped by after work this evening for what I thought would be a quick pick up. I stood in line for about 3 minutes while the cashier helped another customer. She then walked away and came back about 2 minutes later. I provided her with my last name and she had me sign for my medication. I asked for some assistance as I had signed on the signature pad but didn't see an "OK" or "finish" option. She proceeded to tell me to "Read the screen. It clearly has directions at the top". I did as she said and she handed me a package containing my medication. I checked my bag and noticed that the quantity she provided was incorrect. I let her know and she grabbed the package out of my hand, threw the receipt in the trash, and said "Well they'll have to re-do this and you'll have to wait 2 hours. Next time call ahead, like before you walk into the store." I just grabbed my medication and left, I was so upset. I spoke with a store cashier on my way out who was very kind and apologetic for the rude pharmacy cashier. She even said that she hears that the pharmacy staff provides horrible customer service from others frequently. I called the store and spoke with a manager who was also very kind and apologetic and she let me know that the pharmacy staff already has a meeting scheduled to discuss their attitudes towards customers. This is obviously very common for the pharmacy. Such a shame because the store staff is amazing! read more

I had a very difficult time with this pharmacy. I had to wait for an extended period of time to even drop off my prescription. When the associate finally took my prescription he told me they did not have enough of the medication, but could give me a partial fill and to come back in ten minutes. I came back 25 minutes later, and though they appeared to be not busy at all they still had not finished my prescription.So I left. I decided to transfer my prescription because I really do expect better than this. They refused to transfer my prescription saying I owed them money for the partial fill -- which I never received! When I called to remedy this I was left on hold for a full fifteen minutes before someone returned to the line. I am never setting foot is this store again. read more

This is specific to the pharmacy itself, I enjoy the store and its employees but the pharmacy is a different story. They are fine until you are in actual need of help, and then all the caring and compassion goes right out the window. If these people have to put in any kind of extra effort for you it's a lost cause and I suggest you try a different pharmacy. I have been using this location for 8+ years and they still treat me horribly if I need any kind of extra help at all. I have given up and will be moving my prescriptions to a different store. read more
