was accused of shop lifting because I went out to my truck to grab a reusable slurpee cup, I first walked into the store to grab a can of spray deodorant that I was going to purchase (which I ended up being forced to buy ) I then decided to purchase a slurpee but I forgot my reusable cup in the cup holder of my truck so I set the can of deodorant down by the slurpee machine as I'm exiting the store to go grab the slurpee cup I'm called a thief very loudly and to not go anywhere because Im stealing I then told him that I was simply going to grab my cup and the deodorant was right next to slurpee machine only for him to continue to badger me saying Im a thief and that he's calling the cops. At this point I lost it. I let him have it and some proving everything that I was not stealing . I'm a US Marine Corps Veteran I don't steal and will not tolerate being accused and embarrassed of something I did not do. He then refused to give me the number of who or what to call for a formal complaint. This was around 0500-0515 pm on June 18th of 2026. do not shop here they do not respect Veterans or probably anyone. He was a taller mid 30s male probably from india or Pakistan. Cashier could care less if there is no way to stir your coffee. I even mentioned I was going to get coffee but there's no way to stir it and then he tried to say there was a way to stir the coffee but backed down when I said nope nothing including straws for cold drinks as he tried to make me pay full price for my refill. Then he kept clearing the screen where you can put in your phone number until he noticed I was waiting for him to stop his nonsense. He was too much into his phone than wanting to deal with me, which is sad because I was at another 7-11 location earlier this morning and had phenomenal service at the other location. Everything in this store is run down and old, with no care to clean or keep coffee fresh as even though I was going to buy coffee it was old and burnt because I could smell it was. This will not be a location I return to, customer service is key and treating others right is best. If this is a franchised location the 7-11headquarters should keep their eyes on cruddy stores like this. I'm sorry but I was made to feel like I was not wanted there, and it wasn't just about the coffee. Do better at this location please, customers deserve niceness if they put that out! read more

7-Eleven is a store that you find everywhere here in the Portland, Oregon area. I especially like this company because I am almost addicted to their Oscar Meyer, big beef hotdogs, and any and all condiments you want to put on them. I also get my Red Bull to help wash down these gourmet hotdogs! This whole meal only runs about six or seven dollars!! read more

I think it's the owner, but he is always rude. We went up to get big bites he threw the hot dogs in a box and handed them to my boyfriend. My boyfriend had to talk him into hot dog buns, so he threw those in a separate box and handed them to him. My boyfriend just said never mind and gave it back to him he just kept saying what's wrong what's wrong so we just said forget about the chili cheese dogs. read more

I wanted to get a 10 dollar gift card and a slurpy that cost 2 dollars I've always paid 2 dollars for the slurpy and he has never said anything before but for some reason the price went up for the slurpy and it was only 19 cents more I only had 12$ and no change he then said I had to pay for the rest of the slurpy I said I didn't even want the slurpy that bad and to just get the 10 dollar gift card I left the 12 dollars on the table and instead of just leaving the slurpie and getting the gift card he just takes my 10$ and gives me change for the slurpie then he takes the gift card away even tho I told him miltiple time to just give me the gift card he's also just been rude in the past but I tend to just ignore it read more

Wow! 7-Elevens usually aren't renowned for customer service, but this one was great! The gal working on this dark and foggy Sunday night greeted me wit a smile on her face. She actually DIDNT look like she rolled in off the streets! Very friendly and helpful. If recommend stopping here if you need a quick snack right off the 205. Only thing keeping them from a 5 star was that they were out of V8! read more

Laziest 7 eleven clerks I've ever met. My parents are coming into town and I ran out of time to cook dinner, I ran there to grab one of the pizzas they cook for you. It's nice because there oven cooks it within minutes, we'll apparently this guy just didn't feel look cooking it. Asked for a pizza (like I have plenty of times at other 7 elevens) and he just stood there looking at me like I was an idiot..I thought maybe I was supposed to grab it and then he'd cook it, well that wasn't right either. I grabbed the pizza he just stared at me I asked if he could please cook it and he said no. So I'm headed home to spend the next 30 mins heating it up. Thanks jerk! read more

The price o the refill was very reasonable here, and it was right by the hotel we were staying at, so walking distance from our room to this store the intersection is pretty busy one, and larger then normal lol, The 7-11 here itself, very courteous customer service, was pretty impressed by it actually, and love the new app they have where you get your 7th beverage for free- cant beat that while traveling! I'm sure we will be back here, as the Clackamas Inn and Suites was a good hotel, this seems to be a good area so I was pleased coming here. read more

I had a great experience here because of this person who had given me great customer service and was pretty cool. I had a great time looking around the wide selection of HIGH QUALITY items that were for sale for a VERY cheap price. He talks on the phone on personal phone calls while with a customer, he disrespects customers blatantly and refused to take cash because there was too many 1$ bills. He has no place being in charge of a store with how he treats people, I hope no one goes here out of principal customers deserve respect.
