The woman said the were going to Baskin Robbins. It's summer. Ice cream places have increased business. They should have more than one employee waiting on people. They should have the backroom employee wait on customers when there's a line or a large order. They lost 3 customers in the time I was there. Who knows how many they lose on a regular day? Then they'll say they can't afford to hire anyone or the location isn't profitable. If so, it isn't because of the ice cream.
