Not sure if it was because I got a batch near closing time. The "insides" of the roll were good.  Friendly and quick service. I can only have gluten free foods due to allergies, so that made my options even more limited. Thankfully, this food cart had cheesesteak fries! I had them add their grilled pickled jalapeños to them as well. It. Was. Fire! Such a huge portion. They were beyond piping hot. So, it was perfect for a cold rainy day. It hit the spot and beyond. My child clearly wanted one (he was told no because tomorrow is Christmas) and was understandably disappointed but when our Boba was done the girl handed him this adorable octopus saying "Merry Christmas" it made his day!
