Out of all the restaurants we ate in Venice, this hidden little restaurant was by far the best one.
That servers were extremely friendly and treated us to complementary Prosecco in the beginning and melon cello at the end. It was a rainy day and they were serving drinks to people waiting outside as well.
The restaurant interior is super cozy and inviting - a lot of romantic vibes.
Food: if they have it, definitely get the house special pasta - scallop and asparagus with cherry tomatoes. The flavor was perfect and even better than my go-to dish, the spaghetti frutti de mar. The latter was still great, although a bit brinier and on the savory side.
Also ordered the beef tartare, fried calamari (lightly battered but it was on the drier side), and house made panna cotta.
Incredible restaurant, would highly recommend if you want to change it up from the restaurants around the touristy areas. read more
