I researched my symptoms online and there was nothing, no forums, no discussions, nothing. A chiropractor referred me to Anne Marie Moore. I was so uncomfortable I would have done anything to solve the discomfort. I phoned and she got me right in. Anne gave me an exam and suspected what I had but she wanted to run some tests. Once the tests came back she had a diagnosis and recommended I use two creams daily at bedtime. Anne changed my life. I highly recommend seeing Anne for female and hormonal medical issues.

I only go to a Dr 4 x a year. And that is only to check in. So why would I pay this cost. Anne Marie is compassionate, professional and someone you have no problem just talking to. She needs double pay for her therapy sessions. She's a great women's Dr. and she's a NP. Which I so highly respect over the hurried harried Doctors I've seen. If she expanded her practice she'd be busy 24/7 with women who hate going to cold impatient doctors. I do not hate going to see her. I actually look for seeing her. And in my busy life, I hate any appointments. But it's so painless to see this Dr. / NP ... If you need a doctor for general exams .... this is the lady. There's wonderful cafe coffee shops in the same building so allow yourself time to smell the coffee. Have some lunch and share your issues mental, emotional and physical with this great lady. She'll listen and take care of your needs. She refer you on if things are more serious. I'm Sure she knows other great doctors.

After checking…read morein and waiting 15 minutes, I approached the front desk and asked if Lisa knew I was in the building and waiting. The front desk told me that she was likely getting the room ready and would be with me in a minute. After waiting another 10 minutes, I approached the front desk again. This time the staff told me that Lisa wasn't in the building, but was on her way. The office manager came out and told me that Lisa would be arriving in 30 minutes. I asked for a refund for the co-pay that I had already paid, and I was made to wait another 5 minutes for that. Since this establishment has a no-show/late arrival policy for patients, I thought it was only reasonable that I should be compensated for the no-show/late arrival of the practitioner. However, they don't offer that reciprocity. They will charge you for no-show/late arrival, but they won't be as considerate with your time. If they don't show--or show late--you're expected to wait, without any compensation. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate! I will not go back to this clinic and I will vigorously recommend that that none of my friends and colleagues use this in-network clinic. p.s. the "one star" is only because that is required to post the review.

I filled out all their required forms on the website but it took several weeks before they could find and process them for me to book an appointment. I finally book 2 appointments and get my email confirmation. Then I get an email confirmation for a different time. No call, no explanation why, no asking if I can make that time. I call and tell them I can't make this new time. The front desk says that is fine, they can change it back. I went for my first appointment. Today I get another email confirming my 2nd appointment but at the wrong time. I call back and they suddenly can no longer accommodate the original time even though they had already confirmed it so they cancel my appointment. I am not going to try again. Here's some advice for Well Balanced: if you don't want appointments made at certain times, don't have them available when you ask people to book online.

Their selection of organic herbs is incredible -- everything I've ordered has arrived fresh, fragrant, and high quality, and I really appreciate that many of their herbs are locally sourced whenever possible. Shipping is always fast, and I love that they offer back-in-stock notifications so I can keep track of harder-to-find items without constantly checking the website myself. It's clear they've put thought into making the experience easy and supportive for customers. What really makes them stand out to me is that they're more than just a place to buy herbs. They also offer books, classes, and educational resources that help connect people to the wider herbal community. Whether you're completely new to herbalism or have been studying plants for years, they make learning feel accessible and welcoming. Mountain Rose Herbs feels like a company that genuinely cares about plants, sustainability, education, and the people using their products -- and that's rare these days.

Show up and plan to stay a while. Everything about this place was fascinating. The wall of looseleaf tea was particularly astounding. They have a small magnetic display of containers that lets you visualize and smell each type of tea before you purchase. I was particularly enamored with the vanilla rooibos. I love the vintage setting in this aging building. The coffee shop next-door is phenomenal and the local home goods store across the street is a personal favorite. The trio would be an excellent way to spend a meandering afternoon and indulge yourself in fresh coffee, natural products and a few things to upgrade your home interior. Parking is really easy in the dedicated lot and the location is quite central. Prices are very reasonable and the employees were very friendly. I didn't see a bathroom so you might have to go next-door to the coffee shop. Next time I visit, I want to try the shortbread near the checkout counter.
