Willamette Sky took it upon themselves to start canceling my appointments with counselor before I could get the issue resolved. When I found out I called them to resolve the issue and gave me them my debit card. The admin person said everything was okay. I show up to my next scheduled appointment to find the accountant had cancelled all my appointments. That day ended up costing a lot more than the hours of work lost. Seems like the priory is money over therapy here so I recommend seeking Therapy somewhere else. The only reason I gave two stars is because I actually liked the counselor.

They refused to accommodate my hearing impairment disability and told me "respect is a two way street" when I pointed this out and offered suggestions for how they could help me hear them better, such as stepping closer to the plexiglass partition. I have never been treated so poorly in a healthcare setting in my life.
