I had done chiropractic several times, prescribed muscle relaxers, several massages, stretching, pain meds, prison salt baths-- everything I could think of. Nothing really helped. A friend suggested craniosacral therapy and I found Sacred Roots. I thought it sounded fruity and expensive but thought I'd try it just in case it helped. Pain was reduced from a 9/10 to a 3/10 within 12 hra and i was pain free within 24 hrs. Yay! Additionally the cranio sacral session was relaxing and lovely.
