Willamette Sky took it upon themselves to start canceling my appointments with counselor before I could get the issue resolved. When I found out I called them to resolve the issue and gave me them my debit card. The admin person said everything was okay. I show up to my next scheduled appointment to find the accountant had cancelled all my appointments. That day ended up costing a lot more than the hours of work lost. Seems like the priory is money over therapy here so I recommend seeking Therapy somewhere else. The only reason I gave two stars is because I actually liked the counselor.

I left feeling humiliated and embarrassed, especially after the front desk person discussed my personal information in the presence of other patients while in the lobby. The counselor I was scheduled to see stayed hidden in her office and didn't even come out and greet me in person or explain the issue with me. I felt like I was treated like someone unworthy and not as deserving as others to be seen. Really disappointing.

However, there was a misunderstanding. I had severe headaches & dizziness, & both doctors suggested I get an MRI. I asked how to do this, bc I was new to Lane County, & both told me to go to ER to do so. And, I did. I thought I did the correct thing, but obviously, I made a big error. Hospital found a meningioma behind the right occipital lobe in my brain, with very slight brain bleed. It scared me. When I returned in a few days after the diagnosis, both Allergist & Primary Care fired me as a patient. I'd gone to see my Allergist, Kraig, & he was having issues w/home health w/his wife who was suffering from MS. He wasn't in a pleasant mood, & neither was his assistant, who made my visit a very sour one, as she was belligerent/ (this was around 2010). To this day, I don't understand what I did or didn't do. I felt so sad, bc I really liked my care @ Oak St. Medical! Above all, I loved both my doctors. I'd recommend them both to anyone, even though I was asked not to come back after my diagnosis.

Instead of inviting me in, she opened the door, closed it behind her and locked the door. After 9AM I knocked a few times, without an answer. I tried calling but the phone number provided does not connect to an actual human.  I am wondering, what happened? The last communication I received was on Sunday, both by phone and email, confirming my appointment. I woke up early and spent nearly an hour walking through the rain and taking buses to arrive on time. If the appointment was going to be canceled or delayed, why was I not call me? They have my number... It took a lot to decided to come in and to just be blown off without as much as a phone call was incredibly unprofessional. At this point, I am going to find an online service that does counseling with someone overseas, for a fraction of the cost.
