Erin is brilliant, wise, empathetic and most of all, treats you as a partner in your health care. She remembers everything about me and my life every time I see her, is constantly working on improving her skills to better meet my needs, while providing me with valuable education about my health along the way! She is one of my favorite needlers - unlike some people she never stabs you and she has such a calming bedside manner you hardly realize the needles are going in! I always feel like I get a free therapy session with my acupuncture session. Her massages are OUT OF THIS WORLD. You wouldn't expect such a small package to be so powerful but she gets deeper than anyone else and really knows how to manipulate your body to making a lasting difference. Combo acupuncture/massage is the most amazing and luxurious experience ever. She also is an insurance expert and has really helped me to get the most out of my benefits while paying the least! She is very sensitive to budgets (I'm a poor grad student after all!) and very respectful about sensitive money issues. I know this sounds like an infomercial but Erin has improved my life so exponentially that I cannot help but rave about her and want to share her amazingness with the world!

I was emotionally and spiritually shattered, almost completely withdrawn. Katie saw me. She knew the gentleness I needed to be treated with. The slowness and tenderness. She found a way to tap into the part of me behind the pain that was still whole, eternally complete. Her techniques reminded me of the ancient chorus of the goddess. She echoed my own feelings back to me. She validated my selfhood. She bore witness. I am still trying to find my way forward, forge my way through the wilderness, but Katie helped me find the beginnings of a path. She is giving, wise, an ever-watchful healer. Her gifts run deeps. Before our session, I was feeling anxious and exhausted. I just had a baby, and a lot of my previous anxieties and stress were becoming even more intense during this time. I knew I needed guidance and help. I was not exactly sure what an energy healing session would bring for me, but I wanted to remain open and fully surrender to the experience. I'm so glad I did!! After my initial session, I felt like a new person! I was relaxed and felt so peaceful. It felt like there was more space in my body. An overall sense of well-being immediately settled into me. I have been sleeping better and feeling more calm, grounded, and present ever since. Katie also helped me find a simple and effective way to calm and regulate my nervous system whenever I feel anxious, which has been extremely helpful in my day-to-day life. If you are looking for a compassionate and skilled healing practitioner, I highly recommend Katie. In fact, I have already recommended her to several friends!

With Amber's help, I am feeling this newness, but it is not turning me into something different. I am discovering the "me" that has been hidden, scarred, buried, and barely recognizable. This is not the process of becoming something else, but the best "me" that is possible. Amber has helped me find healing, wholeness, and integration. I have gotten a lot of massages, but none that focused beyond the physical therapeutic benefits. While there is no minimizing the advantages of massages, a combination of reiki, massage, and yoga has changed my life! Through Amber's guidance I am beginning to understand the different energy centers of our bodies, removing any blockage, and allowing the flow of natural life forces. I feel better, body and soul, than I have ever felt. People around me are beginning to comment that they see the changes in me and this translates into benefits to all connected. I am calm, happier, more grounded, and growing daily. Both massage and yoga are an extension of this integrated healing process. Amber is present and attentive. During the massages, I melt into the table as she does her restorative and healing work. After each session I leave deeply relaxed and stay in the space for days after. One of most impactful things I have learned from Amber is to not wait until I am on the massage table to give myself permission to rest and relax. I got home from work several days ago and had an experience that typically would have sent my anxiety out of the roof, and potentially lead to an Urgent Care visit. This time was different. I was able to quickly ground myself and allow the energies I was feeling to run course. From this place of strength, I was able to provide help to those impacted. As the result of working on and opening up my energy centers, my creativity is once again flowing, I am gaining an understanding of myself and a corresponding acceptance I have never had before. I am more gracious with myself and in turn able to extend this same grace and compassion. Amber has pointed me in the right direction and is a very wonderful facilitator for anybody serious about making lasting holistic changes. I am only just beginning but excited to see my continued growth through this process. Thanks Amber for the amazing work! I hope that many more can experience the gift you share!

Knowing that Margot of Natural Frequency Wellness works with dreadlocks, I called upon her for help, and she was willing to meet that day @ her own home. Margot inspected the hairs and found that the mold was growing abundantly in the thick locks. Though the solution was unexpected, my hair had to be cut. For five-ish hours, Margot diligently cleaned, combed out, and cut my hair. Though the operation was certainly a laborious task, Margot allowed me to feel at ease by naturally calming my worries with her experienced approach to the dread dilemma. The final product has been growing out since her snips, but the haircut that Margot gave me has pleased me each time that I have seen it in a mirror, and it has received countless comments and compliments from others who have seen it. I completely appreciate Margot for her many blessed skills, however I will always remember her specific talent of hair care. Many, many thanks, Margot! ~sam
