I have been very pleased with the service given by Schultz and Associates Law Center. I have had…read morethem redo my trust and also referred many of my clients to them. Scott Schultz is a second generation Estate Planning Attorney. He is very knowledgeable, creative and works great with families. He's also not about to retire in the next 3-5 years like so many of the other experienced attorneys in Eugene Spfld. Another benefit I like is his vast network of other attorney's he stays in touch with around the country. I find Scott often has better ideas that he's gotten from other firms than some of the dedicated estate planners in the big full service law offices in town. In today's world, where all attorneys claim to "do" wills and trusts, having an expert who focuses on the real world aspects of estate planning and family dynamics is crucial for success. I can honestly say Scott and his staff are among the best in the Eugene area.
