In doing so PPM issued a 24 hr eviction notice to me. I sought help and found Mr. Capp. He made time to see me right away. He reviewed the details and gave me clear concise information on how the legal process works in landlord/tenant matters. With that first visit, we made a quick strategy. Mr. Capp continued to provide his counsel and advice with leaving me to make the right decisions for myself. I'm confused as to why any attorney would not consider it a priority to complete a living trust for their 77 yr old client? Why commit to the work, then not deliver in a timely manner?
