Ten days later I called and asked if she'd gotten a chance to look at it, she hadn't, she said to call her first thing the next morning. I called at 11am the next day, she still hadn't taken a look. It's not even tax season and she couldn't get to me! I asked if I could pick it up later that day (to take to someone else), she said yes; when I got there my sensitive tax info was sitting on the front desk, unattended. No one came out to greet me. I took my paperwork and left. She never gave a single apology for wasting so much of my time.
