This review won't do justice to the level of professionalism and sincere interest that Heather takes in providing you quality service in helping to craft a resume that will get LOOKS, attention, and most importantly, an offer!!! I've been out of the rat race (employment world) for a decade. Although I have a past work history of lots of clerical experience and have owned two small businesses, my last ten years of volunteering with too much free time, my lack of current job experience using software and with the very very high competition for work in Eugene/Springfield made finding a job/career situation seemingly impossible. My old/outdated resume was just not getting attention. When I contacted Heather she replied within a few hours and we were on the phone talking about me and my work history/skills and how to move forward in updating my resume to get me the job I wanted. I followed her instructions providing her with as much info as possible that would add to my resume (all my volunteer experiences) and we met for coffee and she went over everything.
