Basing this off the hiring person vs the company itself…read more 1. Told I was desired highly for a job interview. Had to go through the temp agency first and do a phone interview with them. I was finally called 15 minutes past the due time of the interview. 2. During the phone interview, I was told I needed to bring in documents the following week (drivers license, etc) drove out to Eugene to find out those documents weren't required. The agent decided to change her mind and only requires the documents when I would get hired for the job. 3. Called to follow up on the job I was a candidate for. Made a call once a day Monday through Thursday. Left several messages with no calls back. Eventually found out I did not get the job (through a ziprecruiter notification) and received no call back from the temp agency explaining or a follow up. I haven't heard anything back from this hiring person in over a month. This is by far the worst customer service I have gotten from any temp hiring agency. Found a job I love doing outside of this agent that was supposed to assist.

They have no information or professionalism. Just overall lack of service. I would only go here if you have no other options, but there are many other great places to help you get hired!!

They are very good at getting temps in for lower level jobs but we have not had very good luck with…read morethem for temp-to-hire, with one exception (who is still with us). They have placed several folks with us that were purported to be temp-to-hire only to find out that the temp said that they told Office Team that they couldn't be full-time, or long-term, or weren't interested in this type of work. That was never conveyed to us or else we wouldn't have devoted the resources of training them. I don't know if they are intentionally misrepresenting or if it is just lost in communication. They do seem to have a good pool of admin people but for specialized jobs they appear to just post a Craigslist ad, which is something that could be done much cheaper.

The job I was working at had a 10% differential for the shift I was working, and I had to email every week to get them to fix it to include that. They were, to their credit, good at fixing it once I asked. Every week. I only worked for them 90 days before hiring on to the company I was working for. When tax season came around I never got my W-2. So I called and talked to Carmen. She gave me the number for W-2's and then interrupted me when I tried to confirm it. So the positives are that I did end up getting paid everything owed to me, and I did eventually get my W-2. But I will never recommend this company or use them again.

When I got fired, they had no concern what so ever to hear my side of the story, and how poorly I was treated by the employees of the company I was working for. She wasn't even friendly or professional, coming across as completely disinterested in not only her job, but helping people altogether. I told her that I was looking for office work since I have 2 certificates from a vocational school out of state that pertain to office work that I wanted to utilize and she was only wanting to have me do kitchen work since that was I did previously and I have plenty of experience with that. I told her no because I was trying to get out of that line of work and all she said was "Sorry, I can't help you then." Making it sound like kitchen work was the only work that was available in the entire. She didn't even try to see what was available in terms of office work. I highly do NOT recommend.
