He worked at Goodwill for 3 years with payment…read moreadvancements, so he was doing his job, and his father supplied to them and he checked in with his boss, so we know his work experience and ethic, just to give you an intro of my son. He quit to try something new, and went to another company in Coburg, with a friend, and the supervisor abusively shouted at him, called him names, and belittled him, for not being able to keep up, due to motor skills delays, and the job being too faced paced for his hands! He came went to work sick as a dog from stress, until he felt he was just holding them back, so he quit without notice, to get out of their way, and came home and had a major breakdown, crying for days. He was not fired for attitude. He then went to Personnel Source and they sent him on another fast paced job he couldn't do. Then a friend told him about a job he could do that wasn't as fast paced and Teresa over there, never sent his resume to them, and kept brushing him off, and lying to him, when he called! When he finally got frustrated with her and left a msg regarding the issue, she contacted the company he wanted to apply at and lied and said he had a bad work history, and was a bad employee, which obviously Goodwill wouldn't agree with. He was the most reliable employee they had. When they needed someone to cover a shift, they called him, because he never said no. He even fought to go back to work before the doctors wanted to clear him, after being hit by a semi truck on his bike, and crushing a vertebrae, and chipping another! This woman, Theresa just can't handle being confronted, non aggressively, about an issue! It never even occured to her, he was truly incapable of moving his hands quickly due to motor skill delays! She seriously overstepped her boundaries by contacting the other company and lying about him. I will be contacting a lawyer and letting Senior and Disabled Services know that this IS NOT a disabled friendly company!

Basing this off the hiring person vs the company itself…read more 1. Told I was desired highly for a job interview. Had to go through the temp agency first and do a phone interview with them. I was finally called 15 minutes past the due time of the interview. 2. During the phone interview, I was told I needed to bring in documents the following week (drivers license, etc) drove out to Eugene to find out those documents weren't required. The agent decided to change her mind and only requires the documents when I would get hired for the job. 3. Called to follow up on the job I was a candidate for. Made a call once a day Monday through Thursday. Left several messages with no calls back. Eventually found out I did not get the job (through a ziprecruiter notification) and received no call back from the temp agency explaining or a follow up. I haven't heard anything back from this hiring person in over a month. This is by far the worst customer service I have gotten from any temp hiring agency. Found a job I love doing outside of this agent that was supposed to assist.

They have no information or professionalism. Just overall lack of service. I would only go here if you have no other options, but there are many other great places to help you get hired!!

As the assignment I'm on now comes to a close today, it is with bittersweet feelings I leave. The experience has been fantastic; from welcoming and fun, to experiencing ehat true synergy means to work with. Thank you to OfficeTeam for placing me in a lovely caring environment. I hope to always be a part of your company. P.S. Thank you to Jennie Joiner and the gang for the pens, danishes, recogition, and beautiful fucia as youve come in to ensure I am always well treated in my assignments. This has been the best experience yet. Julie

Though I had a very bad experience with Robert Half/OfficeTeam, they do hear and try to correct…read moreissues. The management here in Eugene heard my complaint and worked diligently to rectify the situation, taking a personal interest in helping me land interviews. As a result, I was placed in a a company that fit perfectly with my work skills and competencies, and I was eventually hired on full time with the company. The issue with Robert Half is there division that performs placements from afar--an office in Las Vegas trying to coordinate short term placements here in Oregon, and doing a mediocre job of it. The review below is an indication of that experience, and though it is an indicator of how things CAN go with this temp agency, it is not indicative of the company as a whole or its general practices. I leave my original (1-star) review from 08/2015 below, because of the experience I had, with this preface the company is willing to correct problems if you make yourself heard: A terribly organized temp agency. Definitely do not recommend. They ask what type of work you want, what hours you can work, and what minimum pay you will accept. Then, they offer you jobs that do not meet any of those requirements. The Eugene office can't seem to place me, but I get phone calls from the Las Vegas, NV and Illinois offices--for work placements in Eugene and Springfield. Have waited for over a week for a time card to be approved. Also, got told I could not apply for positions outside of Eugene (Salem and Albany), even though I made it abundantly clear that I am moving out of Eugene and want to seek work outside the Eugene area. They recruit, but it is just to fill their databases with bodies.

Kristina was easy to talk to and extremely patient and positive in her approach to helping me to find my own answers. She is very resourceful and great at networking. I was interested in taking assessment tools to learn more about myself. Kristina provided several resources to help with this. To help me with my decision process, she connected me with people in careers I was considering so that I could get more information. She also consistently followed up with me after sessions which helped me stay focused. Kristina is very supportive and after working with her, I have much more clarity about my career goals and helpful strategies for working towards them!

She is an excellent listener, asks thoughtful questions, and truly has the desire to help.
