Courtney is AMAZING! We needed to put the new registration numbers on our little fishing boat. I had the idea of upgrading the stenciled Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife numbers required to be displayed for fish and game. I went as a walk in customer. She immediately stopped what she was doing and listened to my idea, and began drawing up the graphics on the computer. She spent plenty of time making sure we got exactly what we needed despite having larger orders in the works already. Family stuff happens. We had to reschedule the install of the stickers which was no problem. Once we got it in there, she took less than 30 minutes to professionally install them. They look FANTASTIC! Way better than we pictured in our head! Don't judge a little disorder in her shop by it's cover. She's just moving in and getting things together, but she is fully up and running and can get you whatever you need for personal or professional. We really couldn't be happier with her work and professionalism. Skip the wait at the big sign shops and go see Courtney! read more

I had a great experience with J&H. I first reached out regarding re-doing an exterior business sign and Courtney was extremely helpful and responsive. While that project was put on hold, I reached out to her again about making stickers for our business and again, she answered my questions and made suggestions without making me feel like a newbie or like she was trying to sell me something I didn't need or want. Once we decided on the design, the stickers were done before I knew it. They look great and she even included some free give away stickers! She is good to work with, responsive, professional and friendly. read more

Courtney is very friendly and easy to work with. I had a couple of custom projects and she nailed it, both times. Whereas, she had other large-scale ongoing projects in her shop, she managed to work my smaller sized jobs into her busy schedule. read more
