The black trim near the window was scratched and colored in with a sharpie to hide the damage. I reached out to the owner regarding the damage along with a bill for the repair and there was no effort to make it right. They did offer to fix a few small bubbles in the tint but ignored the 275 dollars in damage that was done.

Also it was difficult to locate as there were no U-Hauls units of any kind visible and only until we parked and walked to the address that we noticed a small, maybe 8"x10" U-Haul sticker on the window. Tho there was a working Intellivision game system and Burger Time - that was an awesome 10-minute time killer and brought back the memories. Overall I just hope its clear the service was fine but that the presentation was poor and not a good representation of U-Haul.
