Christmas party this year. Qsl cancelled our order 2 days before the event without prior notice and…read moresimply refunded the money saying "sorry, we're out of stock". We are now left with a whole staff full of people and nothing to appreciate them with this year because lack of communication and inability to keep track of their own stock as they took orders. Very disappointed. When I called customer service, the lady just said "sorry, there's nothing I can do". Not willing to offer to rush another item similar, not willing to adjust the order or help in any way other than simply giving the information that they were out of stock on that item and that our money has been refunded.

(I had been already) amd I asked to make sure who it was coming from. It's now been another month and still nothing. Does anyone know of a good print shop that will actually do what they say and not just blow you off? I felt like they were blowing me off and didn't even listen or take me seriously. I also made sure once again they had my email correct. They were so pushy like... yeah yeah yeah.. ok.ok. ... uhmm? I have wasted so much time now that I really didn't have because I took them at their word. Good luck dealing with them.

(Well, the getting married part was too!) I stumbled across their webpage and was blown away by the real life examples of other wedding/birth announcements/save the dates/business cards they had on their site. I immediately told my husband that no matter what the cost we were going with Twin Ravens Press. He didn't like that idea but told me to contact them and see if they were within our budget. WELL not only were they within our budget, but we got to help with a custom design!!! We emailed Kristin some examples of certain designs we saw and liked and she came up with an amazing design for our invitations, reply cards and the envelopes! She was easy to "talk" to (everything was done via email) and extremely prompt!! I am now in the process of trying to get my husband on board with having a baby so Twin Ravens Press can do our baby announcements!!!
