Christmas party this year. Qsl cancelled our order 2 days before the event without prior notice and simply refunded the money saying "sorry, we're out of stock". We are now left with a whole staff full of people and nothing to appreciate them with this year because lack of communication and inability to keep track of their own stock as they took orders. Very disappointed. When I called customer service, the lady just said "sorry, there's nothing I can do". Not willing to offer to rush another item similar, not willing to adjust the order or help in any way other than simply giving the information that they were out of stock on that item and that our money has been refunded. read more

stopped in and showed them samples and gave specifics of what I needed for at least 500 sales tickets and let them know that I would also reorder from them once I got low on them. And also needed a couple hundred brochures as well. They told me they would give me a couple of quotes on them and 2 different styles. (Emailed). I waited for 3 weeks and finally called them and the guy said he wasn't the one that took the order but he would email me and to make sure that that I was checking my spam folder. (I had been already) amd I asked to make sure who it was coming from. It's now been another month and still nothing. Does anyone know of a good print shop that will actually do what they say and not just blow you off? I felt like they were blowing me off and didn't even listen or take me seriously. I also made sure once again they had my email correct. They were so pushy like... yeah yeah yeah.. ok.ok. ... uhmm? I have wasted so much time now that I really didn't have because I took them at their word. Good luck dealing with them. read more

One honors thesis, a dissertation, countless school projects...QSL, why am I only finding you just now? QSL just completed a very important book binding order for me, and I'm pleased to report that my experience was top notch from start to finish. I worked with an independent graphic designer along with QSL employees and wow...just wow. I must have PTSD from all my K's experiences or something, but I just can't believe how good this experience was. I'm no stranger to copy shops, and I have to tell you...I felt like I was treated as royalty by these guys. The ground-level equivalent of flying first class! And, at no additional cost! The quotes I received from two other printers (K's included) were higher than QSL's, and did not include book binding. A QSL employee binds books "on the side" (though how this could be a side project is a mystery to me), which helps with the cost. The final product sure looks like it was the full-time job of a professional outfit, though. Oh, I could just keep going on and on. I really hope you check out QSL, and bring your next print project to life...with no headaches! read more
