Sterling Graphics - Retractable banner stands and portable display systems

    Sterling Graphics

Janet's artistic color matching skills are impeccable. My work relies on intense color matching,…read moreand I'm extremely picky about reproduction. Her giclee prints on canvas are mounted on board and I'm able to sell prints of my work that look almost like the original paintings for a fraction of the cost. Her rates for this process are amazingly affordable and help make art more accessible for all. At the end of scanning 11 paintings, I received a disc with my work in two different sizes--enabling me to send high resolution files to printers for greeting cards. I regard Janet as a collaborator in the artistic process----a true artist in her own right. I highly recommend her services to any artist that would like to market their own work on a larger scale. Thank you Janet!

I reached out to Kristin and she had the best paper to match my already completed place cards and had them ready to go the next day. Highly recommend her for any type or printing you need. And I love her separate studio in her backyard. It is really cute. Thanks Kristin!!

I'm at a loss for words as to why Twin Ravens Press has not been given a million 5 Star reviews!…read more I recently got married and I must admit that the wedding invitations were most definitely my favorite part!! (Well, the getting married part was too!) I stumbled across their webpage and was blown away by the real life examples of other wedding/birth announcements/save the dates/business cards they had on their site. I immediately told my husband that no matter what the cost we were going with Twin Ravens Press. He didn't like that idea but told me to contact them and see if they were within our budget. WELL not only were they within our budget, but we got to help with a custom design!!! We emailed Kristin some examples of certain designs we saw and liked and she came up with an amazing design for our invitations, reply cards and the envelopes! She was easy to "talk" to (everything was done via email) and extremely prompt!! I am now in the process of trying to get my husband on board with having a baby so Twin Ravens Press can do our baby announcements!!! For custom letterpress wedding invitations, Twin Ravens Press not only did an amazing job but were extremely reasonable with their prices. I cannot say anything bad about my experience with Twin Ravens Press. Kristin pretty much kicks serious stationary butt!!!

Terrible! 0 stars if that was an option. I went there today to print out a story I had done for a…read morefriend. I had worked really hard on it and wanted it to look good. I had emailed the pdf to myself because the website said I could print it straight from their printer. I consider myself fairly savvy in computers but a new set up can always be a little overwhelming. The guy behind the counter acted like I had barged into his home and made myself comfortable using his kitchen and eating his food. Trying to get help was like pulling teeth. I nearly bit my tongue off as "Keep your mouth shut, don't be a Karen" went thru my mind more than a thousand times. I get people hate their jobs, but is showing basic decency to another human being really THAT painful??? I wasted $50 printing it out multiple times never getting what I was hoping for. I went back home and used my computer & printer. It looks fine, not great like I wanted but at least I don't feel like a bother... my food is better anyway. Will never go back.

Office Max on Willamette Street has really gone down hill. This evening I needed one photocopy and…read moreasked the attendant at the copy counter of the copy center if I could get one copy made. I didn't want to use a credit card in the self serve machine for just one copy. In less than 15 seconds, she came back with the photocopy and proceeded to tell me that it would be $2.50. "What?," I replied. She showed me a sign by the cash register, blocked by another sign, stating that one copy costs $2.50. I asked her why she didn't tell me that at the time of the request. She shrugged her shoulders. I asked to speak to a manager and along came, DESTINY.... WOW! A 20-something, rude, manner-less girl, who rushed to the counter and emanated a putrid stench of body odor. She clearly received little to no training on how to treat customers with respect. My bank removed the $2.50 debit from my credit card. I will go into Office Max tomorrow for the very, last, time...to give them .35 cents for the one photo copy that I received. This Office Depot location won't be operating for much longer, guaranteed. You need customers to succeed. They are leaving one at a time and NOT coming back.
