Cheryl K. is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous to all. She is very clear and concise when she explains your water quality and how to go about making adjustments. Questions are always answered in a very kind and courteous way. She knows the products and helps you locate them in the store. She even also tested my chlorinator when it was problematic. She always has a smile on her face and even when the store is crowded, she never gets rattled and treats everybody with the upmost of respect.
