They were very available, proactively sent clear instructions (including a helpful video) on how to manage the pool through freezing conditions since we keep it open in the winter, and they checked in repeatedly to make sure we were okay and didn't need anything. Scott, their Sales Manager, deserves special recognition. In many companies, the sales person disappears once the contract is signed -- not Scott. In the middle of the storm, after we lost power, he got on the phone and walked me step-by-step through what to do with the pump and how to protect the equipment. Clear guidance, calm coaching, and genuinely supportive. They even sent a holiday card/gift -- a small touch that says a lot: they don't forget you once the pool is done. Strongly recommend Premier Pool & Spa. Google Review (more detailed / story-style) Premier Pool & Spa is the definition of a company that stands behind their work -- long after the pool is built. They built our pool less than a year ago in Nashville, and during the recent ice storm they were truly outstanding. We keep our pool open during the winter, and Premier was extremely proactive: they sent clear guidance on how to handle the pool in freezing conditions, plus a straightforward video with step-by-step instructions. When we lost power during the storm, I was honestly stressed about what to do next -- and Scott (their Sales Manager) was incredible. He took the time to talk me through it in real time, basically giving me a "crash course" on how to handle the pump and protect the system, and he stayed with me through the process until everything was stable. What impressed me most is the follow-through. They didn't just send info and disappear -- they checked in, messaged us to see if we needed help, and made it clear they were available for support throughout the winter. They even sent a holiday card/gift, which is such a thoughtful reminder that they don't forget about you once the build is done. A lot of companies build your pool in the summer and you never hear from them again. Premier Pool & Spa builds it -- and still has your back in the winter. I strongly recommend them.

Anytime I had a question or problem (no matter how seemingly minute) he responded and addressed it quickly. I cannot say enough about this company. When I sold my home he talked the new owners through pool care and went the extra mile to create a smooth transition. If I still lived in Nashville, and still had a pool, I would be using them for life. They have always gone above and beyond and are the best in Nashville!

7/8/2026-I strongly regret hiring RIP Current Pool Service--at this point, it feels more like…read more"RIP-OFF POOL SERVICE." We paid approximately $1,000 per month for service ($500) and chemicals($500), so expectations for professionalism and consistency are high. Initially, the service was excellent. The first technician clearly knew what he was doing, and the pool looked great. Unfortunately, that level of service didn't last. After those first few weeks, we were repeatedly sent different VERY untrained employees, and the QUALITY DECLINED QUICKLY! The breaking point came when one of their technicians dumped 4 LARGE BAGS OF SALT directly into our pool. If the pool had been properly monitored weekly, there should have been NO need for that volume. The salt has not dissolved properly 2 weeks after service and has settled on the bottom of our black-finished pool--something any experienced professional knows can damage the surface. I have owned multiple saltwater pools and have NEVER-NEVER experienced salt residue sitting on the bottom of a pool even 2 week after application. That alone raises serious concerns--not only about how the salt was added, but also about the "QUALITY" and TYPE OF SALT USED- To make matters worse, their employees spend more time on their phones than actually servicing the pool. I have also witnessed careless handling of equipment, including throwing sweeper poles/tools down rather than replacing them properly. On one occasion, their employee damaged a poolside ART piece--- by ramming the pole equipment into it, leaving a hole--never reported the damage. Perfect round hole from the end of a pole brush in my ART. RIP CURRENT work habits are inefficient and frustrating to watch. For example, while addressing salt buildup on the tile, the technician would scrub VERY briefly, then stop, step back, and pause for extended periods as if inspecting the work from a distance--despite the issue being clearly visible up close. This pattern repeated throughout the service visit and reflects a lack of urgency and attention to detail. He only cleaned a 2.5 ft of tile on the whole pool. The excessive salt has now created significant buildup on our pool tile, which requires additional cleaning--using "their products", at our expense. When we raised concerns, the owner was dismissive and attempted to justify the situation rather than take accountability. Even more concerning, WE WERE TOLD BY RIP CURRENT OWNER-- --without our agreement-- that OUR saltwater pool would NOW be treated as a chlorine pool. --------WHAT!!!!!!!!!!! This is unacceptable. The saltwater pool was built just two years ago, and no service company should unilaterally make that decision. WE ARE THE CLIENT!!!!!!!!!! When I questioned the pool technician- the next week, who added 4 bags of salt --he admitted his boss later told him it was too much. It appears the company is now trying to manage the consequences of their own mistake while WE PAY FOR THEIR INEFFICIENCY --both financially and in reduced pool quality. The salt level is now so high that the water feels like swimming in the DEAD SEA. Overall, the professionalism of this company is far below what you would expect, especially at this price point. Communication is poor, accountability is lacking, and customer service is dismissive & quality of trained employees is lacking. BUYER BEWARE: THIS COMPANY DOES NOT VALUE ITS CLIENT AND OPERATES WITH A LEVEL OF ARROGANCE THAT IS DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH.

The pump motor was not secured to the floor and when the pump was turned on the pump motor would vibrate and move around. The vibrations caused the pvc pipe connected to the pump to become loose and leak. He secured the motor and repaired the leak. He also noticed the ground wire of the pump was not grounded so he got it grounded too. If the ground wire had come in contact with the tub someone would have gotten electrocuted. Matthew fixed all those things and was finished in about an hour. Now out whirlpool works safely again. Great good. Great price. I would hire him again.p
