I had been having fits with my pool sweep not getting the bottom of the pool cleaned. The other company tried for seven months to fix the issue but they weren't successful (and they charged me each time). I called Ken and explained the circumstances to him. He said he had some availability later that evening and swung by the house. In a matter of a few minutes, Ken analyzed the issue, got parts from his truck and fixed it!!! We decided to have Ken maintain our pool since! Over the last four months, Ken shows up when he's supposed to, our chemicals are typically well balanced, and our pool sweep is still performing well. Project manager went out for medical issue and there was no communication from peek as to his return and didn't send anyone out to take over project. Two months later and multiple texts and emails he finally showed back up. After waiting nearly three months with no progress we finally get the plaster done. The crew members were chewing sunflower seeds and spitting shells everywhere and ended up getting shells in the plaster. Oh and don't let me fail to mention that whenever a payment is due they are on your doorstep expecting immediate payment from you without delay, saying they can't complete any more work unless you stroke a check. Well of course I made all payments as requested and now that they got the equipment installed and got all their money they are gone. Well that would be great but two of my pool lights don't work, the gas isn't hooked up to pool heater, I have no idea if equipment is running or even working properly and absolutely no response from company after at least a dozen requests for a service response. I would strongly consider using another company. From what I have heard from others who are familiar with peek, they are no longer the company they were 5-10 years ago. Don't let the pool kings show fool you.
