I had a terrible experience at this store and will never return, even though I need to get things…read morefor my hot tub. This happened today, June 18, 2026 at about 1:42pm. Here is my experience: I had to get a tubing for my neighbors pool pump. He had a leak and was out of town. I went into the pool store and the young employee (male) who helped me said they had two sizes, 2in and 1.5 inch. I asked if the pump tubing were standardized and he said yes. I took the 1.5 inch. I took it home and opened the package because I was going to have to quickly change the tubing out because water was rushing due to the water pressure of the pool. When I took off the tubing from the pool, I noticed the diameter was smaller than 1.5 inches. I quickly measured it...1.25 inches as the water was gushing out. I immediately went back to the pool store, about 20 minutes later. I told them the tubing was too large and they asked for the receipt. I showed the receipt and then an older man (manger?, ower?) abruptly said they do not take returns. Was kinda jerky about it. Not very Christ like. I started using Ken after a family member had recommended him a while ago. We have an in ground…read morepool that was serviced by another commercial provider for years. I had been having fits with my pool sweep not getting the bottom of the pool cleaned. The other company tried for seven months to fix the issue but they weren't successful (and they charged me each time). I called Ken and explained the circumstances to him. He said he had some availability later that evening and swung by the house. In a matter of a few minutes, Ken analyzed the issue, got parts from his truck and fixed it!!! We decided to have Ken maintain our pool since! Over the last four months, Ken shows up when he's supposed to, our chemicals are typically well balanced, and our pool sweep is still performing well. I highly recommend Ken and his services.
