The pump motor was not secured to the floor and when the pump was turned on the pump motor would vibrate and move around. The vibrations caused the pvc pipe connected to the pump to become loose and leak. He secured the motor and repaired the leak. He also noticed the ground wire of the pump was not grounded so he got it grounded too. If the ground wire had come in contact with the tub someone would have gotten electrocuted. Matthew fixed all those things and was finished in about an hour. Now out whirlpool works safely again. Great good. Great price. I would hire him again.p

After sending everything they requested for the discount, the guy I spoke with added the discount to my cart but when I went to checkout, the discount was gone. I called back and asked for a manager and she said that they could no longer do the price match and had deleted the discount from my cart! She told me that they don't really have to price match because of a loophole that's written into their policy. Don't waste your time and do your research because you will find that you can easily find the exact same items that they sell for 1/2 the price or more for what they charge. They are a big company and should honor the price match that they claim to have. I will never waste my time again trying to get a price match from them. I will just buy elsewhere at retailers who charge a fair price upfront. It's very easy to google the exact same products that they sell and find them for a fraction of what they are charging. Cheryl K. is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous to all. She is very clear and concise when she explains your water quality and how to go about making adjustments. Questions are always answered in a very kind and courteous way. She knows the products and helps you locate them in the store. She even also tested my chlorinator when it was problematic. She always has a smile on her face and even when the store is crowded, she never gets rattled and treats everybody with the upmost of respect.
