Eventually, they told me to call and speak with Jim at the Cookeville office and I've left multiple messages with no returned call. At this point, I just want the pool gone and my money back. The pump motor was not secured to the floor and when the pump was turned on the pump motor would vibrate and move around. The vibrations caused the pvc pipe connected to the pump to become loose and leak. He secured the motor and repaired the leak. He also noticed the ground wire of the pump was not grounded so he got it grounded too. If the ground wire had come in contact with the tub someone would have gotten electrocuted. Matthew fixed all those things and was finished in about an hour. Now out whirlpool works safely again. Great good. Great price. I would hire him again.p

Cheryl K. is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous to all. She is very clear and concise when she explains your water quality and how to go about making adjustments. Questions are always answered in a very kind and courteous way. She knows the products and helps you locate them in the store. She even also tested my chlorinator when it was problematic.
