Purchasing a hot tub spa is not a quick self gratification process. The pandemic with new social distancing guidelines have been devastating to the hot tub manufacturing industry. But now the wait is over, and the good news is that this past Wednesday Tayler Moore of Moore Spas delivered and set up our new hot tub!! I come from a 30+ year construction background. The first thing that impressed me when Taylor arrived, was the excellent condition of both his truck and his new hot tub delivery trailer. From my experience people who claim to have many years of experience that show up and shoddy unmaintained equipment generally have a lower standard of workmanship. But that's not the case here. Tayler reports to have 20+ years of experience delivering setting up and maintaining hot tubs, and the condition of his hot tub delivery equipment is 1st class, and is a testament to his experience. The next thing that impressed me was Tayler's careful handling of our hot tub from his trailer into our backyard. I'm sure Tayler would agree that the delivery of our hot tub into our backyard required more effort than most installations. This is our first hot tub and we are Water Maintenance Noobs. After Tayler completed the installation, Tayler showed us step by step how to operate our new hot tub, how to test the water quality, and how to apply the chlorine and pH balance chemicals. The delivery method wasn't going to be easy since I have an 8' fence surrounding my entire backyard and large trees and power lines lining the street.
