I've never had issues with other companies, but when I found this company it was a fantastic find! Their prices are fantastic. They have both opened and closed my pool for the season. All the staff we have met have been knowledgeable, personable, and met any need with efficiency. I always feel like I get way more service for the price. Said it was an air leak probably in the intake valve. Made several pvc changes to the intake each waiting 25-30 minutes for glue to dry before testing. Didn't fix the problem. Decided maybe it was a priming problem. Got it working after 5 hours for which he charged me $570. (Mistake on my part) Quick working 30 minutes after he left. Tried unsuccessfully to get him to come back and fix it. Took over 2 weeks, looked at it and said it was a pump suction leak. Didn't have the equipment to check it and left. Kept trying to get him back for over two weeks. Finally said to refund me $250 (keep $320) so I can hire someone to fix problem. No joy. Think Ghosted. Called Ryan with Opulent Pools 615-282-9319 on Saturday. Came out Sunday morning, took less than an hour to diagnose and fix the problem. Nothing to do with either air or suction leak. Let Aqua X know the problem was fixed and agreed to let him keep $165 (charge for coming out) and to refund me the $405. No word. Will follow-up in small claims court. Recommend Ryan at Opulent or Harrison with Lucky Duck Pool 701-864-0154 if you need pool repair or service.

I had the owner, Jordon Jagger come out and show him the pressure points that cause me the most concern. He told me he wasn't worried about the sharp pin like points sticking up and that it would compromise the sides of the pool if he tried to vacuum or sweep under there to get the larger items left underneath. I expressed my concerns because over time as the automatic cleaner goes over those sharp points it will wear holes in the liner. i Just want the job done correctoy. This is a replacement liner. He told me he would send someone back today to get the sticks out. I am hoping this company will stand behind their work. I will update.
