The other company tried for seven months to fix the issue but they weren't successful (and they charged me each time). I called Ken and explained the circumstances to him. He said he had some availability later that evening and swung by the house. In a matter of a few minutes, Ken analyzed the issue, got parts from his truck and fixed it!!! Chlorine and shock, Alkaline tabs, algae killer, and filters for my pump.
