That being said this was my first auto loan and I walked in there with all honesty, as far as how much I had down. They offered me a 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan and I had expressed my situation to a young lady, Alyssa and the older Middle Eastern man Tariq Elfauri. I drove off the lot in that vehicle on August 28th, and on October 20 2025 it was repossessed from my job. I was told at the dealership that they were going to give me a month to make my car payment. They claimed and never got it, the date was repossessed I made an additional payment of 480 and they still refused to reinstate my loan. Tariq also HIT MY CREDIT REPORT WITH THE REPOSSESSED and I've heard from "Deontye" that he basically blacklisted me from getting another car with anyone else. The day that I was able to go to the dealership and get my things out of the car a man introduced himself as Deontye and claimed he was helping me get my car back.. it's now December 15 and that has not been the case. I'm obviously going to get a lawyer involved. Watch out. This entire thing was a whole scam. Im sure they are all in on it. I'm very embarrassed and upset but I wanted to share so no one else falls for this crap. I heard from Deontye there's 20 REPOSSESSION cars right now and some other lady came up there crying about her car being repo'ed. If you're already in a hard spot.. don't trust them. And I'm going to say it because it was told to ME that they prey on POC. Do not fucking get a car through them!!!

The mechanic said it was a condenser/compressor issue and the whole thing will need to be replaced. He also told me the dealership would have had "no way of knowing about this". It was just one of those unfortunate things! I called Matt (who sold me the car) and he generously offered to cover the cost of the repairs. He sent me a check for $1,000.00. I was very grateful and extremely elated. I would buy another car from him in a heart beat. Thanks again Matt!

I'd been…read moresearching for a suitable used pickup for 90+ days as low odometers are rare to find, but the older the truck gets the less likely one is to find one for sale with a low odometer. It had to be GM full-sized livery, and it had to be white. When I saw this new listing come up I almost knew I was going to buy it before I even went to look at it. The truck was in new condition and I could afford it at market price. It took me forever, but I was ecstatic to find exactly what I wanted in the color I wanted with a sinfully low odometer. I bought it on the spot and took it on home. With any used unit I go over it with a fine tooth comb looking at fluids, pressures, accessories and everything else to find out what's wrong with it. It had a bad door switch and I discovered the hoist holding the spare tire to the body is inoperable leaving the vehicle with no usable spare tire, and absolutely no self-help for a flat tire on board. Many brands today deliver new cars with no spare tire and no jack. The automakers may think that's adequate but I sure don't. I'm unwilling to leave the city limits without a pressure-checked spare, jack, and 4-way lug wrench. It was Friday afternoon and I'm trying to get out of town for the weekend. To fix this spare hoist is going to need a trip to the dealer, and I need to borrow a spare tire just for the weekend until the problem can be addressed. This lot was a lot full of many kinds of pickup trucks, and they had several choices from GM, Ford, and others. I called them asking to borrow the spare off one of their other for-sale units for the weekend only, and they declined. This truck was as-is, no warranty, but generally speaking when a used car dealer sells a car all of it's functions are working. I was less than delighted to be turned down for something they should have fixed before selling it, and that would have cost them $0 to temporarily upright the situation. My local mechanic and myself finally were able to disable the faulty lock mechanism that was between myself and the tire hoist, and I got on my way on time. After the fact the lot came back and told me where I could obtain a loaner spare to make this trip. By that time I had already jumped through hoops backwards to fix the problem that was on the truck when they sold it. I believe that problem was on the truck when manufactured, but that wouldn't help me one bit on the side of a road with a tire that's flat on the bottom. Buying from Post Motors was an almost stress free transaction. Of course I came in as effectively a new, all all cash customer, with my own financing and minimal hassles. I can't bash them too much but I do find their response to this spare issue not adequate. The vehicle was a cream puff that would sell 15 minutes later if I didn't take it. But, they had a whole lot full of premium condition trucks to look at with a smattering of other vehicles. I wouldn't say they are a bad car lot or they did anything less than above board. When I find something not working which is that important to me, I did expect more give a flip than I got. I knew it was as-is; no warranty when I bought it. Still, their lack of concern in a stressful situation certainly could have been handled better. They sold me a great truck at market value with almost nothing wrong with it, but when it was time to ad the lagniappe any customer would expect more than they did, and it was their choice to leave me stranded and not do one thing to help. They certainly didn't go the extra mile when they could have at $0 cost to them. I'm not unhappy with my purchase, but I did let them know their behavior after the sale was not what I expected from a reputable car seller. After it was too late they then came back with some help, but I had already accepted they don't give a flip and gone another direction with the spare that won't work problem before me. If anything positive comes of this I'd like to see a little more compassion toward the customer who has just bought a faulty vehicle they are unable to use until it's fixed.

They sold me a lemon and hid all the problems to it. They buy shit at auction, hide all the defects and then sell it to suckers like me. Stay away. -----really wish I could give them a better review but this was the worst car buying experience in my life. They sold me the care I have wanted for the last 10 years, so it really could have been a home run. First, the main issue is that they tried to hide engine issues by clearing the codes long enough to sell the car. - That right there says a lot about the company. I won't go into the 4 trips out there to get things fixed (45 min away) or the breakdown on the side of the road on my way to their dealership that I had to pay for or the door handle that is now not working right because they tried to fix the window that wouldn't go back up. (which they told me was the window motor, charged me to replace it , and it wasn't the window motor) They sold me a car with a ton of problems and then had me keep driving out there over and over again and leave my car so they could fix it until finally I gave up. I am taking it to a Chrysler dealer Saturday and sending them the bill. They buy hot rodded cars at auction and flip them for a quick buck hiding any issues they have. They give you a 3 month warranty on ONLY the main parts - (Engine, Drive train failure etc.) Had they simply told me about the issues I could have planned ahead and taken care of them, I would have probably bought the other SRT-6 they got in. STAY AWAY!! ---- The dealer offered to fix the problem if I removed the yelp. I decided I shouldn't have to take it down before they fixed the issues they hid from me. I will fix it myself. This is my last message to him. ----- You know what. Nevermind. I was trying to get you guys to fix this on Principle. It would have been a lot less expensive to take it in and get it fixed myself. You sold me a car with. 1. Broken motor mounts. 2. A bad Intercooler pump. 3. A battery that was way to small. 4. Bad terminals that had to be replaced. 5. A bad door lock actuator pump. 6. A bad smog pump. 7. bad crank shaft Positioning sensor 8. Bad cam shaft positioning sensor 9. A cracked dash 10. D side Heated seat that doesnt work. And all you had to do was fix the 3 things that the check engine light (that WAS turned off) indicated. And I would have accepted my losses. But you try to fix the problem by replacing it with a used part that is older then the one I have and that is faulty. Then try to to tell me you didn't know there were any issues? You had a machanic under that hood working on the car before and after the sale. I am not removing the yelp review. That is the experience I had with your dealership and it is staying up. Adjustments to the yelp review and any other reviews will be made based off my experience from here on.

Finally, a few photos, only some of what I requested, but it was a start. I responded to her email with about 5 simple to answer questions... annnnnd, NADA... no response. I followed up a few more times... NADA... I can only imagine they were evading my "Are you ok with taking the car to the nearest manufacturer dealer for them to perform a pre-purchase inspection, at my expense"... In looking at the photos of the car a nearly $60k "sports car" you can see the tires are dry rotted.. That in itself should have given me the insight I needed to know about them... But, I was still giving them the benefit of the doubt.. guess I shouldn't have.. I encourage them should they see this to contact me, and try to move forward in a professional manor, that would make up for the lack of follow through....and I'd be happy to have a good reason to modify this review.. Anyway, if they don't even want to (or put any effort into) sell a car, I can't even imagine what would happen during the after-sale if something went wrong.. I guess their internet reviews are pretty accurate. Buyer Beware....
