These guys are honest, don't do unnecessary "fixes" and will take care of you. Both me and my husband have had our cars worked on here, as he owns a Dodge and I own a Chrysler. We were getting his tuned up before heading to Florida a few years ago, and they found some big enough problems to cause us concerns, but knew we had a vacation planned and offered us a vehicle to drive down there if we wanted. Like who even mentions that without us throwing a fit?! These guys. They will help you fight warranty issues too if they exist. I've had some pretty crazy issues withy vehicle, one of which we still haven't found the issue for. They have never not called me to go over literally every option. And give me pricing on every single different type of issue that may come up. They've helped me bypass minor issues that aren't worth the cost of actually fixing in previous cars as well. Like a heater coil that's not needed in summer until I can get the funds. They're pretty good at calling you back and answering every stupid dumb girl question I can ask lol. All in all they're a pretty stellar group of guys who actually want to help.

This vehicle is constantly being serviced. Glad I was pressured to buy the warranty however there is a $200 deductible for each service. In addition, you may have major problems going on with the vehicle however the service department is always 2-3 weeks out. I thought I was purchasing a reliable vehicle for my daughter at a reputable dealership however I as wrong. I do however give credit to Adam in the service department as he is awesome and always pleasant.

We looked at some used vehicles and some new ones before making a decision about what we wanted, and even after the sale he was inviting us back if we had any questions or concerns. In the closing process, they asked questions about whether we wanted the rustproofing or other add-ons that are frequently pushed hard by dealerships, but again there was no pressure here.
