Definitely buy your next ride from here! Ok, I know what your thinking, with all the used car dealers in this town, why did I go to Josh's...? First, my Facebook friends started posting their new rides and how much they loved Josh! Second, I occasionally have to drive to Lima for business and every time I pass this lot, their inventory has changed....hmmm moving a lot of vehicles is a good indication that people like them. Third, this sweet BMW for under $10k! A little about them: The location is very well organized, clean, and the people don't feel "dirty". Josh and Will are extremely knowledgable on the vehicles on the lot, and they appear to truly care about the customer and not the almighty dollar. They showed me their paperwork on the car and what work was needed when it came in. They have a mechanic shop in their location and I was able to ask any questions I had on the car. How awesome is that, total transparency! They have financing of course and they are happy to make a cash deal, but the part that pulled me in the most was all the customers on the lot at the same time I was; waiting for their turn to purchase a new ride. I was not overlooked or rushed and everyone was so into this place that they were willing to sit and wait for me to finish. Amazing, personal service! Buying a new ride is a hard decision and sometimes things may not work out due to reasons beyond your control ie. Bad credit, not enough cash, or someone else bought the car before you. Don't view a car lot based on one or two negative experiences, do your research on them, read ALL the reviews, ask your neighbors, and make a decision based on your gut. I am extremely happy I followed mine, so much so, that I am leaving this review..... I recently purchased a 2009 Smart Car to use as a tow vehicle behind my RV from Josh and his dad, Bill. I must say that the complete transaction was quick and painless. I was very satisfied with how fast their service department got the car ready including checking all the fluids, tire pressures, and changing the oil and filter. He even gave me a FREE tank of gas. I was very skeptical going into a used car dealerships. I checked out a particular vehicle that had caught my eye a few weeks prior and found it to be in good condition and a good price according to Kelly Blue Book. After test driving it twice and having a mechanic look it over I was very pleased, but there were still a couple things I wanted fixed before I bought it. Their website carries 80% false information. I called in to finance a vehicle and Josh was trying to help me. He first told me they can finance with no credit or bad credit, but when he found out that I was young then he made up excuses to not sell the car and that I needed a co signer or my interest rate would be high. I was okay with a high interest and paying more then 1/3 of the price as a down payment. For some reason he told me that we couldn't work out a deal and hung up. I tried emailing and calling them but they are not replying to me. This dealer is looking for cash. I would not recommend going there. Save your time and start looking for more professional people to assist you with a car sales. read more
