I've been a loyal customer since 2015 and I am very comfortable with everything for sales to services. The new owners Chesrown ford has continued worth the personable treatment of the customers. My 2024 F250 Turbo Diesel had to have a complete change out of the fuel system because of contamination from gas. For some reason it took four days to complete. After spending over $11,000.oo +, they barely provided enough fuel to make it to a refill station. Finally, the tech did not secure the hose connection to the overflow reservoir for the coolant system causing an emergency on the road. read more

My wife had her oil changed yesterday. She asked also to check head light beam adjustment. They forgot to do. So, they pulled it back in shop and the mechanic told her there was no adjustment on her 2017 Ford Explorer. She said my husband said there is a hole that you can use a Philips head screw driver to adjust. He again told her there is no screw adjustment........When she got home, I raised the hood and showed my wife where it was and adjusted it for her. I have 2 vehicles I USED to take to Buckeye Ford ( Sidney ) to have serviced......Not anymore after that ignorant answer to her, or was it because she is a woman....HMMMMM read more

Wonderful Experience! Highly recommended I drive by three Ford stores and countless quick lubes just to have them service my vehicles. I've been in and around many Dealerships over the past 15 years, these guys and gals are certainly working their tails off to assure the best possible experience for Ford and Lincoln owners. They're big enough to handle the heavy duty repairs yet small enough to help with little things without a delay. A++ read more

I cannot believe the terrible service I received! I had my AC repaired and it was $400 for a $10 part to be replaced. I called 2 days later to say it was still not working, so they took another look and said a different part had gone bad in those 2 days and it would be $877 to repair this time. No apologies or attempts to make things right. All of this after I had spent $2000 on a different repair. They apparently don't want or appreciate paying customers. read more

In October of 2021 I took my truck in to Buckeye Ford of Sidney to have a recall fixed for faulty door latches. When it gets cold they will freeze and not shut, therefor, leaving you either stranded or stuck driving a vehicle with one hand on the wheel and the other holding your door shut (pretty dangerous). Their "fix" did not work so I had to take it in again in November of 2021. Once again, the "fix" did not work so I took it in again in December of 2021.   When I took it in December 2021 I also needed the windshield wipers fixed because I tore the wiper motor on the right one up trying to force it down when it was stuck in the upward position (dumb on my part) as well as needing the multifunction switch replaced. This cost me $865. It blew my mind that this cost that much but whatever, I need properly functioning wipers to drive.   Not even a month later in January of 2022 the driver door still won't close/latch in certain weather conditions (even after 3 attempts of Buckeye Ford trying to fix it), but also the first time attempting to use my new windshield wipers the right one bowed up and popped off.   Now late January 2022 I take it again so that they can attempt to fix the door a 4th time as well as fix the wipers that failed on the first attempt after paying $865 a month prior. I get a call from the service technician stating that it'll be $500+ to fix the right passenger door (not even the door I brought it in for...) and to fix the wipers. I explained to him that (A) It's the drivers door, not the passenger door (B) It's for a recall. Ford pays this, not the customer (C) I just paid $865 a month prior for the windshield wipers to get fixed, I'm not paying again for what should have been done right the first time...   At this point, I escalated my issues to the Service Manager. The first two days I called first thing in the morning and he said he'll check with his service technician and get back with me (never did either day). Third day I call he stated that the door issue is not a part of the recall so I'll have to pay for it on my own. It baffles me that a pretty serious safety issue is being brushed off so easily. He also stated that it's the right wiper that needs a new arm and they only fixed the left wiper arm on the $865 fix which is false because there has never been anything wrong with the left wiper. The right wiper was the issue on my first fix and is the issue again now that it's fallen off. I explained to him to check the paperwork/part numbers/cameras/etc. all will clearly show that it was the right wiper arm from the beginning. His response to this is that he's getting conflicting statements from both me and his technician so he just doesn't know. I assume this means he thinks I'm lying.   Long story short, I would absolutely NOT recommend Buckeye Ford of Sidney to anyone for ANY service work. Numerous attempts and they cannot fix the problem as well as trying to double charge on something they didn't fix correctly for $865 the first time.   *Side note: 1) The one and only time they provided me a rental car (December 2021) it was a 2017 Ford F150 and driver door would not latch shut (same recall issue I'm having) so again I was driving to work with ratchet straps running door to door so that they stayed closed. I suppose if they can't fix their own what makes me think they'll be able to fix mine... 2) After contacting and speaking with Ford Motor Company they suggested that I take my truck to a different Ford dealership for the recall service. Apparently, they're not even trusting that this is being handled correctly by Buckeye Ford. 3) Picture attached is how I get to and from work safely to prevent the door from flying open read more

Folks. Here's another example of another not so fine dealer. This place is screaming five finger scam by the sweaty lard a@@ finance guy's third chin. Better call Ron Burge to tag along with you while you sign the contract. Watch for added warranties and items you didn't ask for, discuss, or literally see your hand sign!! Remember the Schmitt dealer scam? Your interest rate doesn't change if those items get removed from your deal. If they do walk away!!!!! read more

DJ Marks did a phenomenal job finding myself and my husband just what we were looking for!!! Obviously we had to travel to Ohio to pick up our vehicles but it was sooo worth it!! Very good team they have there. Very fair, honest, and reliable service. Would totally recommend them if you are car shopping either for new or used!! Keep up the GREAT work Buckeye Ford!! I am SO happy that I chose this dealership. I live in Columbus and had been looking for a reasonably-priced Honda Fit. When I saw my dream Honda at--of all places--a Ford dealership, I emailed about it. Brad corresponded with me via email as I preferred and he never called. He was very flexible and never pushy. It was a nearly 2 hour drive to the dealership, but it was worth my time. Brad was very easy-going and made sure to answer all of my questions. It felt more like he was working WITH me rather than pitting his interests against mine. The dealership was also in the middle of nowhere, so there were lots of roads on which to test the brakes and gear shifting. I test-drove the car and decided to get it. Dan, who helped me to figure out the finance side of things, was also helpful. He was slightly less personable than Brad, but nonetheless felt trustworthy. He respected that I wasn't interested in a Ford warranty and didn't push the issue. Overall, a long drive, but a good experience. I walked away feeling like I got a great deal. read more

I went to Buckeye looking for a good care at a fair price and was blown away by the customer service and help I received from Adam. He found me a great care at a great price and helped every step along the way. He's also been there for any questions I've had since the purchase and any help I've needed with the car. read more

I recently bought a car here, and the whole experience was wonderful. The salespeople were very helpful and kind as I waited to finalize the deal. If you are looking for a new or used car, I would definitely recommend stopping in at Buckeye Ford before you buy a vehicle. read more

See all

I drove more than 2 hours to buy a car from this company. I had a few minor concerns. 1.) the convertable top was not sealing on the drivers side of the car. Dealers solution: wrap tape around the latch hook to make it pull down tighter. 2.) The car was advertised as having keyless entry. I recieved 1 key and no remotes. this part cost me $8 from amazon.com but I bought a used ford from this ford dealer(it will cost me $200 to have a local ford dealer program new keys for the car. Dealer solution: well our inventory control system automatically decodes the vin and lists the options. I can't do anything about that. 3.) I get home to find locking lugs on all 4 tires. no key. This dealership states they take care of you during and after the sale but all I have recieved is excuses as to how they can't support the very brand they sell. I will never buy another vehicle here. I will tell all my friends to never buy a vehicle here. read more

Bad went to get one thing fixed. Drove 75 miles check engine light came on, went back. Now something else need replaced, not what the computer said was bad. Said it was fixed and charged me 300. 75 miles later same again, they still not getting anywhere. So stay away. What the computer said was bad was a part they removed to fix what they were told to fix in the first place. read more

Will never go back. Was told the problem was one thing, fixed at a high price only to have the same problem come back to hear it was now something else. They just never fixed it correctly in the first place. This happened more than once. Another time they had my truck for several days with no communication. Like I stated earlier, never going back. read more

There are many car dealers to choose from. We have purchased several personal and work vehicles from Buckeye Ford. They are one of the best in the area for great customer service. They pay attention to every detail, and are willing to work with the customer to make sure they have a great experience. I would highly recommend looking at Buckeye Ford. read more

After looking all around Troy in October when I was home on leave, I found rust buckets everywhere. I found Buckeye Ford on the internet through one of the many vehicle shopping sites. I was impressed with the ability my mom and I had to look at vehicles there without being swarmed or feeling pressured due to the friendly, non-pushy atmosphere promoted by their staff, especially the very friendly salesman we worked with named Brad. I had originally gone there for another truck, but found the 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 I ended up purchasing. It had some great aftermarket additions, had a powerful hemi, and looked great. It did have a little rust on the inside bottom of the doors, more so one side than the other where a weather strip had come off. With the truck being over a decade old, in a northern state, and only having 116,000 miles, I was willing to accept it after Buckeye Ford agreed to have their guy essentially sand down the rust and paint over it with matching paint and an anti-rust coat, that should keep it from spreading for a while. They were able to come down off the price a little, as well as throw in that paint work. I felt like I had come away with a victory, and they sold a vehicle. Brad was a pleasure to do business with. He was very helpful, friendly and funny, and willing to work with us at every turn to help us purchase the truck. I'm very happy with it, the entire experience, and would definitely recommend Brad and Buckeye Ford Lincoln of Sidney!! read more
