I was having noise/grinding in the rear end of my Ford F150. My technician, Kaleb, met me at 800am on the drop off day. He drove the car with me to ensure he heard what I was hearing. After I left, they performed an 80 point inspection. The results of the inspection identified things that were wrong and needed immediate fix. It also identified "should haves" based on mileage and timing. The text allow me to "accept" or "decline" the service. I phoned for clarification on one item and was given a thorough explanation. I authorized them to perform the tasks I needed most. I received a call at 430pm that night indicating my car was done. I will be going back to Solomon's for future car repair needs.

They will charge you with unauthorized repairs. They won't even let you know your diagnosis before they go ahead and decide for you that they are gonna fix it and charge you crazy numbers. They are WAYYY overpriced. The diagnosis itself was $140!! The repair they did to my car without asking me was replaced two $2 O-rings. Something that took them less than 5 minutes. They charged me $100. My car was only there for 40 minutes tops. I bet they were finished working on it within a half hour. I never would've consented to them repairing my car. Just wanted a diagnosis. They no people will tell them no because we don't have the money. They wanted to take my car or make it to where I couldn't pay and then they could keep my car. It's a whole ass scam they have done to NUMEROUS people. Please everyone do your research, read the reviews. Ask around. This place is horrible. They act Godly, talk about Jesus, and Christianity but they are far from God. They will reap what they sow that's for sure. May the have the life they deserve and the after life they deserve.

Cons: Drove my car off the lot and made it to 66 by the water treatment center and had to take it back. The auto locks started unlocking and locking themselves, the lights off and on, rpms jumping like crazy, auto lock system on and off it was a nightmare. They had the mechanic look at it and nothing. They sent it to the Chevy dealership and nothing. Nothing was found. The issue was still there. So, I took my car to my personal mechanic and had to have the starter block system they put in rewired because there technician didn't wire it in correctly. Also had to have the auto lock system rewired because there "mechanic" ended up putting the starter block system in wrong and fried the auto lock system. No chance of reimbursement since it wasn't "there guy." In all honesty there guy's not touching my car again if I can help it. Ok so that was just the first month of having it. Alright the "manager" Nikki is one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. She was aggressive and argumentative. She wouldn't listen and she would cut me off and start yelling. This was my first car. My first car dealership and honestly I'd rather walk than deal with them ever again. Oh and don't bother calling around or after 2:30 on Saturday to make your payment they shut the system down and won't take any payments. If you ask them why not they say we don't get paid for over time.. there card system takes 3 minutes to shut down..
