Gary had good answers and was not pushy. The finance manager Rich was very professional and "sincerely" wanted to help make the deal go smoothly. Most everything was done via email and phone calls. By the time we arrived the next day in Celina the paperwork was neatly prepared. It was just a matter of signing and out the door. This took less than 20 minutes. I believe had they not been so busy it would have taken even less time. They knew our time was limited and they took this into consideration. These guys are honest, don't do unnecessary "fixes" and will take care of you. Both me and my husband have had our cars worked on here, as he owns a Dodge and I own a Chrysler. We were getting his tuned up before heading to Florida a few years ago, and they found some big enough problems to cause us concerns, but knew we had a vacation planned and offered us a vehicle to drive down there if we wanted. Like who even mentions that without us throwing a fit?! These guys. They will help you fight warranty issues too if they exist. I've had some pretty crazy issues withy vehicle, one of which we still haven't found the issue for. They have never not called me to go over literally every option. And give me pricing on every single different type of issue that may come up. They've helped me bypass minor issues that aren't worth the cost of actually fixing in previous cars as well. Like a heater coil that's not needed in summer until I can get the funds. They're pretty good at calling you back and answering every stupid dumb girl question I can ask lol.
