Did an alignment on my car. Took 2 appointments and 5.5 hours. Also overheard employees talking about "milking" a simple job so they could charge more. Will not be going back. Very shady if you ask me. read more

Had a brake hanging up and getting hot leaving for vacation around 4:00 on a Friday. I needed front brake pads, rotors and a caliper. They put two guys on it and had me on the road by 5:00. Very friendly easy doing business with no pressure sales. They showed and explained why I needed the parts I did. I've been a customer of theirs for 20 years between Wapak, St Marys and Celina and had no issues. Keep in mind you only ever hear the bad news and you don't always hear about the hundreds / thousands of good things about a company. Highly recommend!!! read more

Never had an issue with these guys. I have always trusted them, even when they were Wolff tire. Tire changes have always been within a half hour to an hour, depending on how many vehicles are ahead of you. Very helpful and knowledgeable! read more

So Wolff Tire said it would be 10-15 mins for new tires and alignment which I thought was quick but then over an hour later I asked the status and they told me another hour or so. I asked what happened with the 10-15 mins and they said they didn't know they were doing an alignment. I wonder when they figured it out ? So I walked down to the barber shop and while chatting with my barber it turns out he gets a lot of business from Wolff Tire customers who are lied to about how long the service will take. read more

Husband and I bought tires from them ... for some reason all4 of his went bad in a short time and RRR Tire's replaced them ....I was driving on 2 bad tires from them. I was told I needed to pay for those and would be reimbursed. DID NOT HAPPEN! Still waiting on check and still getting the "run around " from them. If there was a lower rating to give this place than your one star they would get it. Not happy with them. Will be looking for another tire dealer in the future. DO NOT GO THERE! I had my Infiniti in rrr twice for a coolant flush I dropped it off on a Saturday morning they told me it would be done before they closed at noon they called me at 11:45 and said it wouldn't be done and needed to keep it until Monday because they were having issues getting all the air out Monday around 3 they called me to let me know it was done i paid and picked it up and took it straight home and it sat undriven until last Friday it was really nice out so was going to drive it to Toledo I was going east on 33 just east of st marys it started to overheat I turned around called them to let them know I was running hot they said to bring it back I went straight to they're shop I dropped it off they took me home so I could pick up my truck they kept my car all weekend and called me Monday to let me know they had it fixed there wouldn't be and more issues and CHARGED ME a 2nd time I reluctantly paid I picked it up after hours left there and was heading again east on 33 less than 30min later after picking it up it overheated again in road construction on 33 there was no place to pull over I did so as soon as I could it was boiling over I called a friend to tow me back to celina I called them and left them a message to call me back first thing Tuesday morning and they did they sent the technician out to my house to get my car keys he went and looked at it 10 min later he came back with my keys and said yeah it overheated and left a few minutes later the manager from the shop calls me and tells me that it's my fault and they wouldn't tow it of fix it after going back and forth of a bit he asked if I would like to talk to the owner I said yes I would about an hour later the owner called me quickly offered my money back I told them I wanted my car fixed whatever it was gonna take he told me they were not going to fix it it was my fault but again he offered my money back I asked if it was my fault why was he offering my money back all I got was silence I asked the question again he raised his voice and told me not to call him or the shop again and hung up on me I took my car to a real mechanic and he looked it over the engine is blown up it will cost me 7534.77 to replace it this is full of liars and owned by a cheat you have been warned do not take your car to this place they will mess it up like about it and blame it on you read more
